I had a lovely stay here. The area is very peaceful and right next to the common, which has beautiful views. It was easy to find and very accessible with parking right outside on the street- spaces were easy to find. The walk into Stroud is not very long, and also it seems easy to park in the town, so getting around was straightforward. Supermarket and station are not far so this is great option for being close to both the town centre and nature. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything I needed, I would have happily stayed longer. I appreciated the efficient and welcoming communication from the host and highly recommended this place!

The cottage was beautiful and the perfect setting for our trip. There were all the amenities we needed and lots of ones you don’t always find in an Airbnb like a well stocked spice cupboard and all of the cooking equipment. Plenty to do a short drive away, and a lovely pub just minutes walk away. The views are spectacular! The hosts were really communicative and gave us lots of information about everything from check-in to check-out. We’re already planning our next trip!

The house is well equipped, it was very clean, and the communication was great. The only down side is that the bed in the downstairs room is very creaky and noisy, and the mattress isn’t the comfiest. Good location, and fine for 4 guests if you’re not really planning to spend too much time there as it’s quite a small space. It was a boiling hot weekend but thankfully the aircon in the sitting room helped, and they provided 2 fans. We brought our own tower fan from home which we used in the attic room, so unsure if the fan they provided would have been as good, but it’s great they provide one as it was 27c + in the attic at 9pm.
