You successfully availed our service, and the service was completed as agreed. There was no failure, no abandonment, and no fraud from our side. In fact, you yourself confirmed on WhatsApp that the service was delivered correctly.

Replacement & Refund Claim:
Your claim regarding “no replacement” and “money not returned” is factually incorrect. The service provided was completed successfully, hence no replacement or refund was applicable as per clearly shared terms before onboarding.

GST Clarification (Very Important):
You explicitly asked us on WhatsApp whether we are GST-registered, and we clearly informed you beforehand that we are not registered under GST.
There was full transparency from our side before any payment was made.
Raising this now and labeling the company as “fraud” despite prior clarity is misrepresentation of facts.

1️⃣ Service Process Was Clearly Explained & Accepted
As per our transparent policy (shared before payment), service charges are taken in advance, and profiles are shared only after confirmation, which the client willingly agreed to. This is an industry-standard practice.

2️⃣ Multiple Options Were Provided & Continuous Coordination Done
The client was provided multiple nanny options, not just one. Delays in joining were clearly communicated in advance, and such waiting periods are common and unavoidable in manpower services. At no point was the client ignored — all calls and messages were answered promptly, which itself contradicts the “fraud” claim.

3️⃣ Candidate Selection Was Client’s Final Decision
The nanny who joined was approved by the client after interview and reference discussion. The agency does not force any candidate. If expectations change after joining, that cannot be misrepresented as fraud.

4️⃣ Screenshot Shared by Client Actually Supports Our Policy
The WhatsApp screenshot attached by the reviewer clearly states:
👉 Refund is applicable ONLY if the company fails to provide service as per requirement.
In this case, service WAS provided, options were shared, and joining was completed.
The client later chose to hire from another agency by personal choice, which does not qualify for refund as per agreed terms.

5️⃣ Temporary Requirement & Agency Switching Was Pre-Planned
It is evident from the conversation that the client was exploring temporary arrangements while planning to switch agencies, which is unfair to expect a full refund after service initiation.

We would like to clarify a few important points for transparency. When a maid faces a genuine personal or medical emergency, we cannot and do not deny them leave. These are human situations beyond anyone’s control, and we believe in handling them ethically and responsibly.

As per our commitment, a replacement process has already been initiated. However, for the safety and security of clients, every replacement must go through proper verification and documentation. This process is mandatory and cannot be bypassed, even if it takes some time. Safety of households and compliance with regulations remain our top priority.

We understand the inconvenience caused during transitions, but such procedures are essential to ensure trust, legality, and long-term reliability. Domestic staff are individuals, not machines, and occasional emergencies are part of this sector across all agencies.

Regarding databases and work history, we continuously work on improving records and background details. However, it is important to note that domestic workers may change employers due to accommodation, family, or personal reasons, which is a common industry-wide reality.

We remain fully committed to providing support, replacements as per contract, and the best possible service. We request clients to allow reasonable time for verified replacements so that safety and service quality are never compromised.
