I guess even a seasoned traveler (4-5 times a year) to Bali still can’t avoid Bali belly forever! I got the unfortunate case of acute gastroenteritis this time. Huge thanks to the doctor (Dr Dian) and nurse at Maha Medical, they arrived at my hotel within the hour after requested for medical assessment and administered IV drips to bring me back to life. Also gave me some meds after the drips. I’m so glad the team came to my rescue late at night. I felt better and on the mend immediately after that. They were also very clear about fees and charges before they proceed to do anything, which is completely fair. Both the doc and nurse were attentive and thorough. Grateful for their help! And glad to have this contact now to put my mind at ease in case I need medical care next time I’m in Bali. And as many have mentioned in the reviews, the aftercare is great, which I really appreciated as well!

The staff at the clinic were wonderful. The clinic is open 24/7 and very limited wait times. Great with kids and the doctor was extremely thorough. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is needing medical assistance!!

Great experience, my partner got a bacteria in his stomach and treated him right away with injection and medication, day 1 and he felt lots better!! They also check in every day how’s he feeling great care and treatment thanks ♥️♥️🙏🏼🙏🏼

I got dust in my eye early in my trip which caused bad conjunctivitis. So I went to Maha Medicare to get it looked at. No waiting, straight in with the doctor and very thorough and professional. Exceptionally clean and I was given the medicines I needed there rather than having to go to the pharmacy like we have to in NZ. So I was in and out very efficiently. They even messaged me the following day to see how I was doing. We don't care like that in New Zealand so it shows how caring they are. My eye cleared up within a few days. Highly recommend if you are in this area. They are open 24 hours I believe. Thank you Maha Medicare 😊

남편이 여행 마지막 무렵 식중독 증상: 설사, 근육통, 고열(발리밸리 추정)이 심해져서 고민끝에 왓츠앱으로 연락했습니다. 방문 요청하고 1시간 뒤에 의사 한명, 간호사 한명이 왔고 상태 체크 후 수액을 놔줬습니다. 내일 한국으로 돌아가야해서 약까지 처방 받았고 비용은 약 75만원정도 나왔습니다. 다행히 여행자보험 미리 들어놔서 필요한 서류들 요청해두었습니다. 의사분이 굉장히 친절하시고 꼼꼼하게 진단 해주시고 의사분이 영어를 잘해서 쉽게 소통 가능합니다! * 카드기계 갖고 다니셔서 비자/마스터카드로 결제 가능합니다. (여행자보험 청구를 위해 영수증 꼭 챙기시길 바라며, 진단서/진잔 내역서를 왓츠앱으로 보내달라고 하시면 됩니다.) * 병원번호를 왓츠앱에 추가하시고 채팅하시면 됩니다.

Made an appointment at 8am for blocked ear, was seen to quickly and understood my concerns. Dr was nice, explained every step he made, what the problem was, and what I needed to do from there. Was in and out within 15 mins with medication. Cost was reasonable 👌

Don’t deserve the title of a medical centre. We came to them for help when our friend fainted and cracked her head open, took ages to open the door. Then when she realised she had soiled herself she asked for a blanket or something to change into; they have nothing to offer not even a spare blanket. We offered to pay any amount and again kept refusing. What kind of medical practice can’t spare a blanket for a patient??!Then when we asked them we could pay double they kicked us out and locked the door on us. Worst medical service we have ever received. Highly disrespectful and I am highly disappointed. No 0 star option otherwise that’s what they would’ve got.

It’s important to address the inaccuracies in your review of Maha Medicare. Our clinic promptly attended to your friend’s injury, providing care within two minutes of your arrival, despite it being the middle of the night. We have CCTV footage to verify this. We did provide a blanket, but our policy does not allow us to sell clinic property. Your group’s behavior was highly disruptive and disrespectful, leading us to ask you to leave. Furthermore, after your visit, we found fecal matter throughout the clinic, including on the floor, waiting room sofa, bathroom sink, and the patient bed. This posed a serious health risk and created an unsanitary environment for other patients and our staff. We prioritize the safety, cleanliness, and respect within our facility. Your actions severely compromised that, and such behavior is unacceptable.

발리 가서 사람들 많이 만나서 그런지 인후염이 걸렸어요 여행자 보험이 있어서 숙소 근처에 한국인 리뷰가 있는 마하 병원 와봤는데 의사 선생님이 일단 되게 믿음직스럽고 항생제랑 약 잘 처방해주셨습니다 간호사분들도 너무 친절하고 매일 아침에 괜찮아졌는지 왓츠앱으로 연락도 오더라구요!! 친절하심 !!완전 ㅎㅎ 한국돈으로 이십만원 정도 나왔고 보험 처리 문서도 알아서 다 메일로 보내주니까 걱정말고 다녀오세용

I was in Bali for a week and half way through ended up catching a pretty bad case of travelers diarrhea, to a point of fever and inability to intake liquids. I found this clinic as it was close to our stay and ended up visiting after a quick chat with them on the phone. Dr. Andrew and his crew provided extremely fast treatment along with a few medications to help me feel so much better so I could continue my vacation without suffering. Everyone was super welcoming and their help was immense! The clinic was also well kept and clean, plus allowed guests to come in with me. They also followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. Safe to say they saved a big chunk of the vacation time I had here. Thank you to the team!
