The nurses and doctors at Madison are the most nicest and caring people ever! I had my appendix removed. They did everything to make sure I was comfortable and my surgery went really well. Very grateful for all of their help.

I’ve never been to a hospital who was more on the ball, caring, sincere and on top of things as this hospital. It makes a crappy situation much easier to handle when you have fantastic medical providers and systems in place to make things go as smoothly as possible.

The staff at Madisonhealth Same Day Surgery were absolute professionals and made the experience of a colonoscopy and endoscopy less tragic to the point that they should market these procedures as SPA services. Also the wireless connectivity and speed was unmatched. No other facility offers that level of WiFi.

I’ve never had anything but a very positive experience here, nor do I know anyone personally who has had a bad experience. And our family goes way back here. To the contrary, I had excellent experiences. I find the people to be professional and caring and very human. I’m sure no Hospital is perfect, but I couldn’t be happier they are here.

Very awful birth experience. I’ve gone through my medical records and still can’t understand what went on and why they made certain decisions.
They had to take my baby to the NICU for meconium. After taking her and stitching me up, there was a shift change and I was left alone. No one told me what was happening to my baby. No one let me go to her. They said she’d be gone a few minutes. After hours of waiting, I got a nurse to let me go see her. My baby had had 3 X-rays, they had let her blood sugar go so low that she needed a feeding tube, they gave her a bath without me and without my consent, they said I could bottle feed her and then they took her out of my arms to do it themselves. They didn’t let me hold her for two days.
They didn’t give me any pain medication following birth. By the time I realized I had to ask for it, I was in excruciating pain. They did not give me a pump or give me any direction on how to get my milk started with my baby in the NICU.
It was absolutely traumatic and I cannot believe the way they treated me or my baby. I was just another thing to check off the list at work. No one ever apologized, but an apology will never give me back the experience of skin to skin with my newborn, giving her her first bath, and snuggling with her through her traumatic first few days of life.
