Excellent value and customer service. I first visited Mac Custom tailor in 2015 to get a suit and shirts made. 5 years later I contacted them and they still had all my measurements! I ordered a number of shirts from them and they arrived very promptly, perfectly fitting and for an excellent price. Highly recommended will definitely be using them again!

My two favorite suits and tailored shirts came from here, and I have plenty from USA stores (Nordstrom, Top Man, Banana Republic, etc.). There may be some scams in Bangkok involving tuk-tuks taking you to I'll-reputable suit (or jewelry) shops, but this is NOT one of them. I contacted the proprietor before arriving and he helped ensure my order was completed in a shorter time than usual, given my short stay in Bangkok. I will be back for more, no doubt.

From the beginning, the purchasing experience was pleasing and smooth. The staff was very professional and always made sure we were entirely happy during the process. They also make additional adjustments the next day to make sure everything is perfect. The results were nothing short of astonishing ! I would definitely recommend it. They also keep your measurements so you can order from abroad.
