Unreliable and caused major stress The delivery experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered medication needed urgently and was promised next-day delivery. Not only did it not arrive, but the delivery date was continuously pushed back and has remained static for days. I had to cancel the order, re-order, and now face going without crucial medication as a result. As a cancer patient, this has caused unnecessary stress and suffering. The lack of reliability is disappointing and unacceptable for something so critical.

Machship is ok Overall: Overall - no major issues, I wish there would be a bit more customisation to the integration and API Pros: It works ok. we don't get to use it too much but when we do it is ok, it integrates with our Transvirtual Cons: It can be pretty big and complicated upfront then you try learning it, not very intuitive GUI either

Why wouldn't you go with Machship Overall: Top notch, having the visibility of shipments and shipping in one location makes it extremely easy for our clients Pros: Setup team has been amazing the customer support and ease of use has been fantastic. Bugs and issues all sorted in the testing phase. Cons: We least like paying for things however this seems to be definately worth it and value for money. really can't ask for more from the team there.

Great CS guides and staff! Overall: I enjoyed using MachShip and found any negatives easily outweighed by the positives. Customer service response times alone were beneficial, and the requirements to keep everything precise also mean that it's more customisable. Pros: The MachShip system is easy to use and the guides are intuitive to assist in finding the right information quickly. The use of images, text, and video in help guides means you can always find a quick answer. Customer support was very responsive and when bugs did arise they were managed quickly with transparency on how it was fixed. Cons: There is a lot of manual coding required to get it set up, and small changes can lead to the full set up not working, so it's important to get tiny details accurate.

Definitely a plus for our business. Overall: Overall Machship has helped streamline our dispatch process making it easier to know where our jobs are and when our customers can expect them to be delivered. Pros: I like the simple and straightforward layout, and the ease with which jobs can be added. I liked being able to import customer addresses en masse. Having frequent locations and frequent items makes job entry fast and easy. I like the layout of the consignment screen because it makes data entry very easy. The online help articles and customer support team are excellent. Cons: The 'Companies' section isn't intuitive and it's not very clear what the purpose is or how to set it up.

Machship, we should have got onboard sooner! Overall: The staff at Machship have been easy to deal with. Our business is a little different to others with the varying oversize items we ship. Machship have always found a solution to our probnlems Pros: Machship has enabled our sales team to provide consistent and accurate shipping quotes, which quotes also including all surcharges. In the 6 months we've been using Machship, we've been refunded over $6000 from freight carriers that have overcharged us during this period, these carriers no longer over charge us. Machship has also sped up our dispatching time and tracking is now simple as we don't have to deal with each carriers tracking systems separately. Cons: No international consignments. I believe this is being worked on currently

Fantastic support from the Machship team Overall: We wanted to provide free shipping to everyone who's shipping cost would be less than $120, but also provide discounted shipping based on cart value to everyone else. I don't think there is any other solution our there that would have been able to accomplish this.The Machship team were able to help us get this done super quickly. Honestly, I'm was stressed about whether or not we could find the functionality to match our needs, and Machship really delivered! Pros: We needed a complex integration into our online store, with special rules and conditions to dictate the end customers pricing. The team was able to help us with this really quickly. Cons: The Machship plugin for woo-commerce is not readily available online, but the team sent it to me immediately upon request, so wasn't really an issue at all.

Terrible experience with this courier service. Supposedly ‘attempted delivery’ for my item on 17th of Jan 2023 however no attempt of delivery notice card left, no buzzing through to our unit (partner and I working from home), no contacting via my mobile number and no reattempting of delivery in subsequent days. MachShip Best Freight Management Software Pros: MachShip integrations with freight carriers, e-commerce websites & ERP make it a powerful freight management software. These integration capabilities helped us to increase our productivity and efficiency. MachShip has enabled us to provide a better customer experience. The support from the MachShip team is phenomenal. Cons: MachShip is complex to understand from an admin point of view, but the Machship team helps you to overcome this hurdle.

Review of MachShip freight management Overall: Our business with MachShip has been great, we have had little to no issues since we started using them almost 8 months ago now Pros: I absolutely love being able to compare multiple freight companies pricing and ETAs via a centralised system.It has saved us hours in time, rather than having to go to multiple freight websites and get individual quotes. Let alone the money we have saved by selecting the cheapest freight options for the freight carriers we have setup in our system. Cons: The only negative I have been able to find is that I've found the MachShip tracking can be a little delayed compared to the tracking from the official freight carrier.

Machship is superb. The whole process from initial discussions to implementation to use was seamless. The system itself is incredibly easy to use for all levels of the organisation and there are a range of features that assist numerous departments. If there ever is an issue the support team are very responsive and matters are fixed up straight away.
