Good in-person service Sorted my mac quickly and diagnosed the problem. It still overheats a lot but its stopped freezing so that's what I needed. In person service was great. Contacted them by WhatsApp and email for advice on a programme I needed to install for work and they never got back to me which was a shame. I'd still recommend if you need something fixing but I went elsewhere for computer advise.

Excellent service at a fair price I received very quick, excellent, technical service from a very helpful member of staff at a fair price. She resolved a difficult technical problem which was preventing me from working professionally on my iMac Desktop. Very much appreciated.

Amazing service Amazing service, I cannot recommend them enough. They were able to fix both of my macbooks in under a week- one with a new screen and the other which was quite badly water damaged (don't leave electronics near toddlers). I was unable to pay for both so collected one, and the team at macguys kinda held the second for me until I was able to pay over a month later. They were very patient and understanding with me despite them having to front load costs of repair. I cannot thank the team enough! I would highly recommend them. Trustworthy, professional and compassionate company.

Macbook Air I was having issue with my MacBook air not turning on or charging - took it in on a saturday and the following tuesday it was fixed and ready for pick up. Ran into a little mishap but took it back into the shop, and everything was fixed for me under warranty in the same day (for no extra cost!!). I highly recommend as both were super lovely people, explaining to me what happened (even showing me exactly) and ultimately fixing my laptop. Thank you both so much - very appreciative. (writing this review from my now fixed laptop!)

Untruthful and over priced Total waste of time, gave them an iPad and was told it needs an an IC, they wasted 2 weeks, I called and was told that they just received the IC and someone will call me later today. Well that also never happened.. so I went after a day and took my iPad back which was not fixed. They quoted me £150 and I had it fixed from a high street shop for £60.00. Wasted 3 weeks for nothing. Plus their receptionist blatantly lied. And I didn’t even get an apology.

Trustworthy and professional team, great experience My MacBook had a keyboard issue and the team at Macguys fixed it very quickly, very well (I can’t see any difference in my laptop from before the issue!) and for a reasonable price compared to the majority of other shops around. I really appreciated their communication, professionalism, experience and promptness. Highly recommended. I definitely will go back if I have any other issues with my Apple products.

Knowledgeable and Efficient Service Both my son and I were having issues with our MacBooks. MacGuys identified the problems right away, discussed the solution and fixed both laptops in a timely manner.

Highly recommend for Mac repairs The staff are always super helpful, efficient and knowledgable. My Mac screen was severely damaged and they replaced it within 48 hours.

Friendly service and effective repairs Within the last few months MacGuys have resolved an issue with my iPad power supply and replaced and upgraded the hard disk on my iMac. Very friendly, upfront and honest about costs, and effective repairs. Would definitely recommend.

Great service Glass of water spilt on my laptop. Repaired within 2 days so could get back to work. Great communication throughout, like the 3 month guarantee of the work and so convenient round the corner. Would recommend.

Highly recommend - fast, knowledgeable, complete service! Noticed Macguys opened recently in Kerr Village, Oakville and made a mental note. This week I dropped my MacBook Air and damaged the screen. Huzaifa discussed options for me and I went with a screen replacement. He managed to repair, test and provide the laptop back in less than 24 hours at a fair price. I also had questions about accessories and he pointed me in the right direciton. Great service, knowledgeable, friendly staff, quick service aend the store has parking available out front. Will definitely recommend to others and come back should I need more Mac services. Thanks Macguys!!!

Professional and Fast My MacBook played up while travelling internationally, so I couldn't wait for days. It was fixed on the day I brought it in, for a reasonable price too!

Did not have a great experience - told them my screen wasn't working because of liquid damage and they said the fix to replace the screen would be £240. Was then called the next day to say they had done part of the repair but it was going to be an extra £150 to fully fix. Then got it and the job was done terribly with white dots all over the screen and the battery life now needed attention. Took it back in to fix and it took over a week to repair the screen again with the battery still needing work and no money back.

Did not want to help with my query, was more interested in selling me things I didn’t need.

I spilled coffee on my 16" MacBook Pro on Thursday morning, brought it in, and on Monday my computer was good as new! I am so thankful to the Macguys for being able to repair the liquid damage and they are the nicest guys as well. Thank you so much!!
