Macbook Air I was having issue with my MacBook air not turning on or charging - took it in on a saturday and the following tuesday it was fixed and ready for pick up. Ran into a little mishap but took it back into the shop, and everything was fixed for me under warranty in the same day (for no extra cost!!). I highly recommend as both were super lovely people, explaining to me what happened (even showing me exactly) and ultimately fixing my laptop. Thank you both so much - very appreciative. (writing this review from my now fixed laptop!)

LEWIS in London Excellent advise & service on several visits to Macguys. I had a full service, new operating system, new battery etc. Always polite friendly expert service from shop owner and all employees.

Highly recommend - fast, knowledgeable, complete service! Noticed Macguys opened recently in Kerr Village, Oakville and made a mental note. This week I dropped my MacBook Air and damaged the screen. Huzaifa discussed options for me and I went with a screen replacement. He managed to repair, test and provide the laptop back in less than 24 hours at a fair price. I also had questions about accessories and he pointed me in the right direciton. Great service, knowledgeable, friendly staff, quick service aend the store has parking available out front. Will definitely recommend to others and come back should I need more Mac services. Thanks Macguys!!!

Did not have a great experience - told them my screen wasn't working because of liquid damage and they said the fix to replace the screen would be £240. Was then called the next day to say they had done part of the repair but it was going to be an extra £150 to fully fix. Then got it and the job was done terribly with white dots all over the screen and the battery life now needed attention. Took it back in to fix and it took over a week to repair the screen again with the battery still needing work and no money back.

I spilled coffee on my 16" MacBook Pro on Thursday morning, brought it in, and on Monday my computer was good as new! I am so thankful to the Macguys for being able to repair the liquid damage and they are the nicest guys as well. Thank you so much!!

Charged me a $75 diagnostic fee and promised it would reduce my overall fee. However, charged me the full fee on top. Then, installed the wrong OS on the wrong hard drive and wiped all my data. These guys might be okay with Macbooks but definitely stay away if you use Windows. 2 stars is for eventually refunding the diagnostic fee.

Angel is an absolute gentleman and a scholar. He was totally cool and calm about my data recovery from an old iMac that even apple technicians from the apple store told me was unrecoverable. Apple would not even touch my Mac! Regardless, Angel knew exactly what to do and had a back up plan even if his first option wouldn't work. He just seemed to have a strategy and an answer for all of my questions. His knowledge and confidence was amazing. In the end- he recovered all my data!! I couldn't be happier with the service and must say that it is rare to find outstanding people like Angel in today's day and age.

All around great service. Was in a rush on the way to work a few days ago, came in with my mac and explained the symptoms; they knew the solution right away. Needless to say, I'm typing this on mac they repaired. So far so good.

I was SO impressed with the Macguys, they diagnosed my Mac Pro screen issue and fixed it within 24 hours, it was much cheaper than the replacement fee I got from another south london repair shop. The guys kept me updated along the way and always informed me of the relevant costs and timings for repair, I was super impressed, would defs recommend them and will use them again for sure!

don't normally leave reviews but i felt i had to to try and save somebody the mistake i made, they promised me that they would do a full tear down of my pc system, which they did not do, instead they just removed the power supply (4 Screws) and charged me £90 and then when i went to pick my system back up it was full of dust and covered in dirty finger prints, then when i asked them why they haven't wiped it off they tried to charge me £150 just for cleaning there dirty finger prints. then when i asked if they thought this was ok they stated to get very nasty, just don't make the same mistake as i did using these people they are over priced not very good at what they do and on top of that really rude, AVOID them at all cost.

You stopped us to do further services. i was trying to help you but you were so rude. what you were expecting with others, if you don't respect with others. Please check my honest reviews no one said we are Rude with customers. we are trading since 2011.

I went here after apple's "Genius Bar" told me my 2009 iMac was "too old" to be repaired. I had a power cut in my house after which my iMac would not turn on, I looked at various troubleshooting tutorials online and tried the all to no avail. Apple were not interested in doing anything other than selling me new products. Anyways I took it in to Macguys and told them the issue and they were very straightforward telling me "it sounds like a power supply that needs replacing" and told me how much replacing that would cost, then asked me if I'd be happy to proceed with that or if I'd like them to do a full diagnostic check and the cost of that. Not wanting to overcharge me for unnecessary work. So from my explanation alone and their knowledge of Mac machines they were able to tell what the problem was and replaced the power supply and I got a message from them informing me it was repaired 2 days later. Took my Mac back home and it booted up and I logged in to find my Mac in exactly the state it was before I had the power cut, all the applications I had opened and even the project I was working on in Photoshop with no loss of data whatsoever. I was astonished to say the least. I would definitely recommend these guys they put Apple and their customer care to shame.

Recently had my Mac book pro serviced and battery replaced. Really prompt service and was something that the Apple Store said they couldn’t do. Would recommend.
