I brought my MacBook in after a water spill--it was obvious that I was in good hands. Macguys expertly--and quickly--recovered my data and transferred everything to a refurbished MacBook for a very reasonable price. They communicated with me the entire time and Yousuf was always available to answer questions, which was incredibly reassuring.

Great service today. My Mac Air was crashing constantly just as I really needed it. I was ready to throw it out. I took it in around 1:30 and it was fixed by 4:30 for a reasonable price. It's running fine now and there's a six month guarantee for the work. Very happy.

Excellent same day service
I took my Macbook Air into the new location in Port Credit on Monday afternoon . I had been having difficulties for several days and was very concerned as I work remotely and really NEED my computer. I was impressed that they were able to assist me right when I walked in , the issue was diagnosed quickly and it ws fixed and ready for pick up before closing that day.
I felt their customer service was exceptional and would recommend Macguys without reservation.

Your response to my comment is false, because he told me i will check it if it works or not when i am going to change and i told him (ok go ahead) and the first question i asked him when i went to pick up, did you change it? so that means it works? and he answered YES, but unfortunately he checked the screen was working but he did not check that other stuff was damaged (it does not charge any more) after he changed it. So he asked me to bring back and you sent it to Toronto branch but nothing change. last time when i picked up, you told me it works now and i received it 11% charging but we kept 24 hrs but it did not go more than 12% and now is off. IF you are really professional company either your branch or Toronto it is easy just fix it and then you can say i am liar and i provided false review. I just lost $350 because i choose the wrong and unprofessional company.

Yousuf took care of us today. We brought an iPad and Mac Air for repair and he fixed both of them in record time (1 hour!) with fair pricing and excellent customer service. My machine looked brand new when I picked it up - thanks for that extra cleaning service, Yousuf! For any issues with Mac or Android devices, this is the place to come. They just opened a new location in Mississauga - congrats to the team! They know how to run a business.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Tech Support & iPhone repair. This company is honest, reliable and operate with integrity.
Macguys took the time to properly assess my iPhone and resolve the issues at a fraction of the cost of what I was quoted by competing businesses in the area.

So after waiting months for a replacement E key that I paid $40 for, they said they forgot, promised to order and call me in a few days, and I never heard from them. Don't review until after you get your stuff. And go to iRepair.

I took my Macbook to the store because it wasn't charging and I was in the area. The door was locked when I got there but the owner let me in after a few minutes. I explained that my battery wasn't charging when it was plugged in. They said it was my battery and wanted $300 to replace it. They stated they could fix it while I waited. The price was too expensive so I left the store to get a second opinion and find a fairer price.
I'm so glad I took my computer to another shop. It turned out both the battery and charging port needed repair. The repair shop I took it to charged less than $300 for a new battery and charging port.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Mac Guys in Oakville. Huzaifa Khan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very patient with me as I asked him a lot of questions. They managed to restore my 12 year iMac desktop to being fully functional again. The price was quite reasonable for the work they had to perform. The computer was ready when he said it would be. He took the time to explain everything to me and like I said he happily answered all my questions. I will be using these guys for all of my Apple and computer problems going forward.
