Terrible service this time. Had been good in the past. My windows were left with dirty water marks all over them. They were cleaner before they started. I have tried to contact them with no response. Not at all happy and considering cancelling if they don't up their game.

Ive been using this company for a while now, however with timing is not that reliable, several times hasn't turn up at the appointment or cancelled. Unfortunately for me this is very inconvenient because I had to leave gates unlocked all day while I was away and hasn't been safe for my home. Another issue .. frames are not properly cleaned nor cleaned at all, when I requested this service I said how many windows I have ,however my velux windows and some side windows are not washed. Even though when I asked when the guy and reminded him in the morning, that has been ignores . That is my opinion and my experience.

I’m sorry you had trouble paying us as you have said in previous emails that you had problems with your card. I don’t think this warrants a 1 star review at all, as you emailed us apologising that your phone had been out of action, that you have had problems with your card (so couldn’t pay) but that you were happy with the cleaning.
