We decided we no longer wanted to move into a new condo that we had put a deposit on. This meant a reassignment sale which required additional steps in the sale, one being the builder’s permission to sell and negotiating a reassignment fee. We saw Chris’s website offering a 1% commission fee so called him as a reassessment fee would add to the cost of selling. As seniors we wanted a realtor who would treat us with dignity and respect.
