Purchase Apple MacBook Neo
I recently purchased a MacBook Neo from LuxuryX in Sri Lanka, and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. I had been searching for this model across many stores, but it wasn’t available anywhere else—LuxuryX was the only place where I could find it, which was a big relief.

Poor customer service And no zero installment payment facility

We paid in the credit card as installment payment request
But they did not put it as installment and once the payment done they said sorry
So we have to pay the full amount to the bank

Rude Start, But Excellent recovery by helpful staff
I recently visited Luxuryx to purchase a brand new iPhone 13, and my initial experience was disappointing. When I noticed a small dust particle inside the phone, I asked one of the salesmen a few questions about it. To my surprise, he became rude and tried to bully me, telling me to leave the shop if I wasn’t going to buy the product, instead of providing a reasonable explanation. His unprofessional behavior ruined what should have been a simple interaction.
Despite the negative start, another employee followed me outside moments later and handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy. He apologized for the other salesperson's behavior and introduced me to Sheyed Ali, who took over and treated me with respect. Sheyed repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience and managed to turn my experience around. Thanks to his kind and understanding approach, I decided to go ahead and purchase the phone.
I’m grateful for the effort put in by Sheyed Ali and his colleague to make things right, but my initial experience certainly left a bad impression. Luxuryx is lucky to have employees like Sheyed who understand the value of customer service.

I bought a new mac mini m1 above 3 months ago . It was a really god one . Price was little bit lower than other places . It was Really reasonable price.
Today i went again and bought a new mac book pro m1 . Same situation . Price was lower than other places . Staff was super friendly . They provide really good service . The only problem is they didn’t answer questions properly by phone call. Totally satisfied with their service. Keep it up guys. Greetings! ❤️

Guy's I bought a Mac Book, I had some issues with it,
I called Firnaz, Once i shared the issue he stoped responding.
This is very unprofessional. I really liked the person, I just wanted a solution, i was willing to pay for it, but he doesn't answer my calls. Beware guys. After service is very bad.
