Potential internet fraud This company did not send me a confirmation email when I placed my order and did not reply to my emails and phone calls checking on the order. The item was not delivered to my so I've asked PayPal to intervene and refund my payment in full. They may not be a legitimate company, possible an example of web fraud.

Irish my A I only ticked one star because there wasn't zero I ordered a phone case from them thinking it was coming from Ireland I'm still waiting it has to come their warehouse god knows where some place with a 2 month waiting time don't buy from this they are absolutely untrustworthy

Avoid, shady Ali reseller So very over priced. They have a Dutch website but import stuff from AliExpress and sell it at a huge margin. So returning is then not worth the effort. Bought a case for 37 euros still with Chinese stickers on it, same think at Ali for 8 So rather just avoid, it's a crooked model

Name in the product does not correspond Not buying anything again. Title of product is "charging case with hook" but it´s just a case! In the reply they said "Yes, it says charging case because you can charge your headphone with the case on." Terrible!!

bad experience of shopping from lux-case.nl the quality of the product was completely lower than what we expected from the pictures!! since the website that I shopped was from Netherlands I thought that there is no return cost for the orders but now I have to return it to Sweden by paying the post. in the return policy it is mentioned that we do not have to open the package but one of my orders did not have closed package!!!

Useless Fitbit watchband replacement Bought the FITBIT CHARGE 4 / 3 DIAMOND PATTERN WATCH BAND. Absolutely useless product. It doesn't fit the Fitbit properly, so when I put it on, it falls out a few seconds later. I can tell by looking at the joining part, it is badly made.
