This was my first time ordering at Lumenco and my first time ordering something online from Quebec using my credit card. A month later a fraudulent transaction with a substantial amount appeared on my credit card statement and that originated from Quebec. Any of you who ordered at Lumenco and paid by credit card please review your credit card statement.

Your card was never at risk with Lumenco. The fraud cannot be linked to us just because we’re both in Quebec — that’s pure coincidence, not evidence, fraud networks can operate anywhere and transaction fraud could be done by a retailer in your city while the transaction is processed thousands of kilometers away.
Payments are securely processed through Fiserv and Authorize.net — both PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways.
No card data ever reaches, is handled by, or stored on Lumenco servers — it’s tokenized instantly during transaction.
30–60-day delayed charges appearing in the same province are a global fraud pattern stemming from unrelated large-scale breaches (gas pumps, major retailers, dark-web data dumps), not small local merchants like us.
We’ve fully audited your order: zero anomalies on our end.
We take these security matters very seriously. We’d greatly appreciate it if you’d consider retracting or updating your review once your bank confirms the fraud is unrelated—please let me know how I can help make that happen.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I had placed an order on their website for 4 bulbs I needed for my Kichler ceiling fan which I hoped would get to me asap. Almost a week later I find out that my bulbs were shipped to another customer with his order. Instead of reordering them for me, the gentleman I spoke with advised that he had asked the customer tha had received my bulbs to return them. So, I waited. I followed up. And then I waited. And then I followed up. This went on for almost a month and I never ever received my bulbs. I ended up cancelling my order and will never order from this company ever again. I am still wondering how it was my fault that another customer received my order…Do yourself a favour. Purchase from Star Lighting Canada instead of this place. They have amazing customer service AND, reasonable shipping times :)
They gave me an approximate date of arrival. The product arrived at my door about a week early and in perfect condition.
I had a fantastic experience ordering from Lumenco. The selection of lighting products on their website is really impressive. It was easy to find exactly what I needed. I personally would recommend Lumenco for both their product range and great service.

Placed an order for a light fixture with an expected delivery of up to 3 weeks. Exactly on the 3-week mark they emailed saying the product was not in stock and were refunding my money. Very poor business operation. Wasted 3 weeks of waiting.
