Poor Service
I strongly urge everyone to avoid Dr. Allan Kok. My experience with them was extremely unpleasant due to their pushy, unethical business tactics. Initially, I just wanted to try their chemical peel. However, they aggressively hard-sold me a S$3100 package. They pressured me to top up another S$1400, promising two extra chemical peel sessions and the flexibility to use the S$$1400 for other products with no expiry date.
Unfortunately, they went back on their word. On my next visit, they told me the S$1400 wasn’t enough and demanded another S$2066 to qualify for other services. Otherwise, a single HIFU session would cost S$926.50—70%-100% higher than market rates.
Their prices seem deliberately inflated, knowing my money was already locked in. Despite my complaints about the missing chemical peels and requesting a refund, they ignored me and failed to follow up on appointments.
They make false promises, manipulate customers, and deliver poor service. Please don’t fall into their trap!
