Bottom feeding, intimidating, con artist thieves! Well, stupid me! Most of your reviews on here are fake! Your so called "moving company" is a total money scam. You give customers a quote for their move, they book you and pay you, then your little partner in crime gets to your home to load your stuff with a local day labor person. After they load the items they want to load....not the agreed upon whole home you booked to have moved mind you, your little partner becomes threatening and forces you to pay them even MORE money and sign paperwork he will not even allow you to read. Now penniless and in tears, you watch your whole life drive away in a rented Enterprise moving truck. You have no idea when or IF you will ever see your homes contents again. Good luck trying to get a hold of the guy you booked it with. He will no longer answer your call or return your text messages, when prior to being bullied and having your money stolen, he would respond, day or night in minutes. Their website is no longer there, so you can't contact them on that anymore and when you call their main number, it immediately goes to voicemail. Word of advice....NEVER hire a moving company that isn't a very well known company like e.g. Mayflower or strictly hire a company locally that you know has been around for a long time. This coming feeds off of people like myself, older or elderly people, people that lost their jobs, single women with no male figure to be there to prevent the movers from threatening you or intimidating you while they have you all lone in your home. HEY JUSTIN! Probably not your real name.....I am coming for you and all the money you stole from me you son of a bitch!!

I can't say enough amazing things about Loyal Moving. Gili was incredibly helpful and informative in helping me to book the move without being overly pushy. She helped me have a team of movers in place at the last minute when I found out I needed to move. The team that arrived on the day of the move last week was incredible (David, William and Getson). Not only were they friendly and helpful and quick to help load up what I had packed but they were also able to assist me in packing up everything I was unable to get to in time. It was quite a day and they achieved what I thought was the impossible. I am beyond grateful for all their help in getting all my belongings safely to their new home and in a timely manner with a positive disposition. They were even thoughtful in the placement of my belongings in my new home (for example they grouped my lamps next to my box labeled lightbulbs). I truly can't sing their praises enough. It is a 3 hour minimum to use their moving services and I know they are the only ones I will ever use in the future (though I hope I don't move again for a bit haha).

My brother and his family scheduled a move from ** to **. The movers did not show up on the scheduled date! They also had to put some items into a storage facility, we were told it is in **. When my brother tried to work with Loyal to get their stored items from ** to **, he got nowhere. Sadly, my brother died and one month after his death, we are still trying to find out where their items are, when they will move them from ** to **, and instead of helping a widow and her children after the sudden death of their husband and father, they refuse to return my SIL calls. So now we are trying to help, and they've stopped returning my husband's calls and won't even pick up when I call. This company socks! Do not use them. My brother died waiting for his move to be completed! They are reprehensible and have thousands of dollars worth of my late brother's and his family's stuff, somewhere, and no response.

While Loyal Moving and Storage Company claim to uphold the highest standards of honesty they do not. I don't believe they are honest or trustworthy. I initially booked with them on September 9 and they took an over $700 deposit the same day from my bank account. The very next day September 10, when my sons, who are paying for my move wanted to use a more known moving company, I cancelled and asked that they return my deposit. They have a cancellation policy that must be done within 72 hours, which my cancellation was. Since that time, my deposit has not been returned and worst yet, I have sent a number of emails asking when they will return my deposit and I have not received a response from anyone. At this point, I am afraid that I am going to have to get an attorney to deal with them to get my deposit refunded because they are not upholding their own policy. This is not the type of company you want to use. What if I had used them for my move and my delivery was late. Would they have honestly let me know, since they clearly have a problem communicating. Would they have charged more? I am not sure what they would have done and I would not trust them to do the right thing. I would suggest staying away from this moving company since they are not honest or trustworthy. I warn that even being cheaper than larger companies in the end this moving company do not deal fairly with customers

You were speaking very quickly and under a lot of stress, and I simply needed a moment to keep everything organized.

I made several attempts to call you back to complete the quote, but you hung up and eventually blocked our number, which didn’t give us the opportunity to help you.

We take customer service seriously and always aim to treat everyone with respect, even in high-pressure moments.
It’s unfortunate this situation was misunderstood, but I do wish you all the best with your move.

Loyal Moving was contracted by American Country Moving for a move from ********** to ************. They have had my property since March 27, 2025 and still have not provided a delivery date. I was told on April 9, 2025 that the truck broke down and was being repaired and it should be done on April 11, 2025 that they would be on their way to deliver my property, I still do not have my property. On May 15, 2025 I was told that my property is in storage in ************. On June 2, 2025 I was told the truck is still being repaired and will not be done until the 10th of June. They are also trying to get another company to deliver my property and if the company he is trying to have my stuff is still not delivered they will leave on June 11th go to ****** then pick up and deliver my property. I still do not have my property or a delivery date. VERY UNRESPONSIVE UNRELIABLE COMPANY.

Walter, Shahar and Mario were like a smooth running machine for my move from Hollywood to Westside LA. Showed up on time and texted me 30 min prior as directed. They helped pack up my kitchen quickly and move most of the boxes I already packed. They removed my TV OFF the wall and even trashed out some furniture. Fast, Competitive Prices and Hard Working!! The star of the show was Gilli... she replied to me first but after a few bids she got the call. Very professional and detail oriented.... This is my new go-to crew for my moving needs.
