Lovett by design did an amazing job! I was initially a bit skeptical to pay for staging. It seemed expensive for a service that we would not receive any physical items to keep. However, I followed through at the advice of my real estate agent. I could not have been more wrong. The staging was transformative to the space and we ended up with sooo many showings, our house being posted by a social media account focused on beautiful historic homes, and over 12 competing offers. I am confident the staging increased the sale price of our house. I could not be more pleased! If you are considering…do it!
