Air conditioning went out called Loving and they sent someone out in a few hours Tech Chris Brooks-Mitchell responded and found and fixed the problem shortly after he arrived. Chris was very professional and explained what the problem was and the cost of fixing it. I was given different options of financing and each were explained thoroughly. I really appreciate the professionalism of Chris and his knowledge. I would highly recommend Loving to others that have issues with their heat or ac.

Layton was great this morning! Had a new circuit to connect to my Heatpump in addition to the usual Fall checkup. Took care of the extra work & got me ready for cold weather.
Always professional and knowledgeable. They have maintained, repaired, and installed new heat pump for me. Highly recommend Loving Air!
