They were also quick, not leaving any mess at all. We've always done house moves ourselves but with two young kids that wasn't going to be possible. I was very sceptical about using a company and we'd heard some horror stories. However, this isn't one of them. Mark the owner came to look at how much stuff we had and how many loads/vans/people we'd need, which was reassuring compared to others who quoted without knowing the size of the job. The quote came through quickly and was competitive. But what really makes them outstanding was the team and care they took with our things. We've now used them a second time to move into a rental whilst we have building work done and it was nice to see some of the team from our first move and they were just as careful with our possessions. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Jubbly were awesome. They were the cheapest but that didn’t reflect in their service. They packed our belongings onto a van in 30+ degrees heat. They got on with it with no worries and we’re in good humour! They unloaded the next day in the blazing sun and the new house had 4 floors! They were wonderful. I can’t complain….. except for some of the jokes….. LJ took us from Bristol to Leeds.

We wanted some large furniture moving around our house. The team were very friendly and found solutions to all the challenges. We had to get a big sofa up a very narrow staircase which at one point didn't seem possible. They managed to create hoist system and pull it over the garden wall without any damage. I'd definitely use them again when we move house

Lovely Jubbly Removals moved us from Bristol to Keynsham. We opted for the full day pack service and were moved the next day by Mark and his team. Throughout the process from the initial phone call, the survey, confirming the quote, packing, all the way to unpacking at our new house Lovely Jubbly were amazing. The whole team were friendly, polite, considerate, and hard working. The process was patiently explained to me and the packing and unpacking was done carefully. Amazing service from Mark, Hayley and the team. We had a constantly moving date but they worked with us and were incredibly flexible to ensure that they were available for us when we got out completion date. On the day they were great, and bent over backwards to ensure that what was a stressful experience went as smoothly as it possibly could. A friendly, hardworking bunch who are a pleasure to be around. Couldn't recommend them enough.
