I switched to Allstate almost 2 years ago. I wasn't too happy that they raised my rates after the first year. But it was explained to me that all the auto theft was the reason. I did have a home claim which was taken care of wonderfully.

Rod Lovelace and his staff have been very responsive when I have contacted them. I have had only one claim for roof damage due to a hail storm and they followed up thoroughly and helped coordinate the repairs with a roofing company of my choosing.
Everyone thinks insurance is too expensive, but Rod did a good job in suggesting ways for me to select the right coverage to keep my premium costs down.
