Extremely poor and unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK THEM. I had booked one night Glamping stay with Love4picnic and had made a partial payment in advance for my wife’s birthday. The promised check-in time was 4 pm and a pickup was promised. Hafiq reached to pick us up only at 6.30 pm. The car interiors and seats were full of dust. He apologised saying it was due to Ramzan he has to take a few breaks. So I tried to understand that it must be a genuine reason. On reaching the camp site there were no arrangements made. Just a shabby tent was set up with practically nothing in it. On pointing that out Hafiq said that he is still setting that up and would need an hour more. Finally some lights were added only by 9.30 pm. When we expressed the disappointment, he mentioned he completely understands and will give us another booking on another day with all as promised and more setup and he left. On next day he has blocked my number and also is not picking up my calls. Extremely unprofessional and unethical service. Would recommend everyone not to have any business with them as they are sure to ruin your day.

Unprofessional and ZERO business ethics!!! 100% Payment made in advance as requested, you get: 1. super late show up for set-up on day before party without prior informing host. 2. unprepared for set-up with missing equipment. 3. did not deliver decorations on day of party. 4. sent messages to both mobile nos. 93841244 and 91894127. read/seen messages, but choose not to respond at all! 5. No return calls from management to explain and apologize nor rectify issue, much to offer service recovery. ZERO Project Management skills and fail on customer service!!! Party for kids and adults totally ruined with stress!

We had booked one night Glamping stay with Love4picnic and had made a full advance payment 2 weeks before the date of check-in. The promised check-in time was 3 pm and we reached the campsite by 4.30 pm only to find that nothing was set up. Mr. Hafiq showed up at 7 pm and advised that it would take another hour to set things up. We expressed our disappointment since the experience was already ruined. Mr. Hafiq apologised and offered a full refund. We asked him to transfer the refund immediately. He told us that he was not able to transfer the money at that point but would send it later in the evening. Believing his word, we returned home. Upon following up the next day, we were told that the refund would be processed in 2 - 3 days. Since then we have been calling/texting them but there has been no response. We are highly disappointed on this unethical behaviour - the committed service was not given and a false promise of refund made which is yet to be fulfilled. It's been a week already and there is no response yet. In fact, the phone is not reachable now. Please be very careful before booking any arrangements with them.

Overly priced and they require full payment even before the event. Rugs were old and dirty. The food was normal coffee shop food. Nothing was unique. Nothing was customised despite sending a sample photo. Disappointing experience
