Good ☺ The apartment had all the amenities that you could want for a stay. The rooms were great, and only being a 25 min walk from downtown is a bonus. ☹ The noise restrictions were a bit too over the top. If you are going to stay here, do not talk in the hallways when coming back or you will get a noise complaint.

☺Ich kann mich all den guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz und Ruhe. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Haltestellen für Bus und Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bis zum Bahnhof Centraal Station benötigt man z.B. nur 10 Minuten. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und herzlich. Vielen Dank Oliver!

We enjoyed our trip to Amsterdam. We walked twice from the apartment to the city and back and then caught the bus 22 the ☺ The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The area is clean and very quiet. Oliver was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived. It was good to have Netflix and Prime on the tv to watch after a long day exploring the city. Great vegetarian restaurant nearby. ☹ Personally I found the noise from the air conditioning(?) did disturb me during the night making it difficult to get to sleep. I did find it odd that the wall in the second bedroom had been plastered but left bare and not painted making it look unfinished.

Dear guest thank you.. The wall is done in an Italian designed plasture style…That’s how it looks and should be😉, its done with different colours being mixed in layers… It was done on purpose , all rooms have an other basic colour blend.

☺Lo espacioso del departamento, dentro de un barrio tranquilo pero muy lejos del área turística. ☹Apareció una rata dentro del departamento, está en un planta baja por lo que es posible. Lo encerramos dentro de un mueble pero hasta que nos fuimos quedó ahí. No hubo compensación ni gran cuestionamiento al respecto.

I travelled for work so only spent a short time in the apartment, but it was very nice. ☺ Very nice apartment and great host. Everything ran very smoothly. ☹ Nothing.

☺Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare un pò fuori dal caos del centro super turistico ma, allo stesso tempo, perfettamente collegati con il tram, il bus...anche a piedi....ed assaporare un pò la quotidianità olandese. L'appartamento era molto pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, incluse lavatrice, lavastoviglie e asciugatrice, l'accoglienza di Regina e Oliver attenta e, direi, affettuosa. Il Funenpark, nel quale la casa si trova è un esempio di architettura di design del nostro secolo molto ben riuscito, che collega la zona portuale (museo Nemo) col centro di Amsterdam, e si posiziona proprio nei pressi di un pittoresco mulino-distilleria di birra molto noto in Olanda....Un supermercato è nelle immediate vicinanze(neanche 50 mt) e diversi altri negozi anche ☹Nulla

property was functional, not happy with welcome from the owner ☺ apartment clean and big enough, as expected from the advert ☹ I was deeply unhappy that the owner insisted on taking a photograph of my driving licence and my home address. He also wanted 100 euros up-front in case anything was broken. I refused to pay. An awful welcome to the property, very unsettling. None of the above was clear from the advert, despite the owners claim to the contrary Needless to say, I will not use this apartment again

Dear guest By council regulation i need to have guest ID at check in, law ! We need to register our guests ! Garantee at check in. Its normal and in the conditions also written on the Booking platform that there is a refundable garantee wanted of 250 euro! Because you were a family, i asked only 100 euro garantee..Not even the normal 250! So actually i was very nice to you to only ask 100 euro. If you did not read the small letters on Booking, its not our fault. Maybe next time when you book somewhere else be sure you read all the conditions, also the small letters. And if you still have doubts, you can inform this rule at Booking again. They will assure you that there is a 250 euro refundable garantee asked at check in at our premisses. I think the mistake is on your side, So i was very kind to ask only 100. A garantee is normal procedure. So guests who don’t read what our conditions are, which we communicate very open and well when they book with us, and also don’t read the small letters that are on our Booking site, may find it rare that we ask for a refundable garantee in case of damage or loss of keys, which is normal to ask! So we don’t take your comments seriously….. We know what we do! This is what is written on BOOKING, maybe you missed this…..its all there on the site. License number: 2413087 Please note that you need a copy of your passport to stay at the property. A deposit of EUR 250 is required. This is collected in cash. You will be refunded upon check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection for any damage to the accommodation.
