I had been waking up half deaf after getting water in my ear due to Surfing.
I booked an appointment to get my ears checked. It turns out they were both fully blocked with wax.
Rosie was lovely despite the wax being tough to remove and multiple visits needed. She returned twice for free to clear both my ears fully.
Since then my hearing has vastly improved and no more waking up with deaf ears.

I came across Rosie when I was looking for someone who could come and syringe my mums ears of built up wax as a matter of urgency and Rosie being the professional that she is juggled some appointments and was able to come the next day which was amazing from start to finish Rosie was brilliant she explained fully what she was doing and was reassuring as it is a noisy procedure but she managed to get rid of the wax so my mam could hear a bit better.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosie as she is a lovely lady, professional, friendly, puts her clients at ease and if her clients have any problems after her visit she will come back and visit to recheck your ears her prices are really reasonable too and I didnt realise how far from my mother's address Rosie had travelled which was amazing so Thank You Rosie .

Rosie came to resolve a hearing problem with my father -in-law who lives in a care home. She was very caring and professional, clearly knows her job. Took around half an hour to clean out his ears and both he and we are delighted with the result. We will be booking Rosie regularly to keep on top of the situation. This company is one I would highly recommend.

Been having problems with my hearing for a while and was lucky to find Rosie on Facebook. Prompt and efficient service, very knowledgeable and used the professional equipment well to remove wax from my ears. Would highly recommend 👌
