I had a lot of special requests which Paula and Katerine adhered to all them. Highly recommend this floral shop. Great service, very easy to work with, and great flowers.

I would give zero if I could. A friend ordered flowers from this place and they came wilted and dead. They never called me to tell me they were attempting to deliver before. They had my phone number. They said it was all my fault and I should return the flowers myself. Me after e surgery. No apologies just accusations. They never called me or we would have made sure someone was at the door. Several people were at the house. No attempt to call me was made. My phone number is on the card. Absolutely no kindness shown. The flowers look like they were left in a cold car for two days. My friend spent good money and they had no remorse. I do not recommend this rude business at all. Flower shops should be friendly.

My wedding florist was the absolute worst vendor I have ever worked with. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. None of the arrangements matched what I had requested or discussed; the colors were completely wrong, the flowers looked cheap and wilted, and the bouquets were much smaller than promised. The florist was not professional at all—there was zero communication, no follow-up, and no accountability for the mistakes they made during one of the most important days of our life. Every time I tried to raise these issues, they made excuses and took no responsibility.​This experience ruined part of my wedding day and left me truly disappointed. I do NOT recommend this florist to anyone, especially brides. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere—your wedding deserves better than this."

Sad business and customer service. To any LEO family or any family grieving. The Union sent a fruit basket. It was left outside my house on the floor. They said if they had to re-deliver it that would be an additional fee. Not allowed to leave basket with a neighbor. The union spent very good money. There wasn’t even $20 worth of fruit. It was literally fruit thrown in a basket. No candy no filler no arrangement. The fruit was rotten. When we called up, they said they would not refund the union, that they would replace the basket, but we had to pick it up when we were ready. I picked up the basket today. It was a joke. Replacement stickers all over the basket as well as replacement written in blue marker all over the cellophane. I felt like I was reliving my brother-in-law’s death all over again. I advised no unions to order from this company.

Bouquet was so beautiful! Some roses used were a brighter pink than pictured - but it worked out to be a little cheerier for my friend rather than all muted colors. Requested a later delivery time so someone would be home and they were perfect on that. Really really happy with this florist and will definitely use them again!
