I do not recommend using this garage, I see many reviews speaking about customers being overcharged and the work taking a very long time. The vehicles from this garage are parked all along Bentworth road and receive numerous parking tickets which i suspect adds to the inflated prices they are charging you all. Some vehicles have 3 or more parking tickets sat on them so avoid if you can unless you are happy to have the cost of covering your parking tickets built into your quote.

My previous review was "Good car, friendly staff, couple of minor scratches not mentioned on description, but overall good transaction, would come again". Let me just retract it here. Unless some major negligence has happened, I would steer clear of this seller. Purchased a Hyundai i10 from this place, secured a decent purchase for what we thought we were getting (no documented incidents, and low mileage), and drove it up the motorway for two hours. Discovered in the that the car persistently pulled to one side during driving, and especially going over potholes and speedbumps. Inspected it further around the rear axle, and found a body crack going up the join of the axle to the chassis. This is a dangerous issue, as there's nothing to stop it breaking at any given point, and at 70mph, we were very susceptible to a very serious accident. Found evidence of an aftermarket bumper, which would hint that this garage knew that the vehicle had been in a previous crash, and had simply covered it all up, to make some money. Please would the seller fully refund, retrieve the vehicle and apologise. If this was just overlooked, I have sympathy, but what a blunder it is! Can provide evidence to the seller if required

I suspected my car had a fault and they wrongly diagnosed the problem. They reckoned that I needed an expensive replacement part when in actual fact a reset to a function was all that was required. When I asked for a quotation they never came back to me with one. Not particularly impressed with the facilities either. The garage is under the A40 flyover in White City and is really pokey. When I walked through the entrance there was a barbecue from the previous night with old food left in the open.

I strongly suggest you avoid this garage. I booked my car in for both an MOT and a service — already plenty of profit for the garage, right? Apparently not for them. After completing the service before carrying out the MOT, they told me that my brake discs and pads were “worn thin” and that three out of four needed to be replaced. I was shocked because my car has always been serviced at dealerships, and no concerns had ever been raised. I explained to the staff that I needed to speak to my husband to confirm when we last changed the brake pads and discs. But they wouldn’t let it go. They practically threatened to fail my MOT. I felt sick. I even spoke to another customer outside who was arguing with them — he said the garage kept messing up his car and still hadn’t fixed it after three visits. I decided to pay for the service and leave without doing the MOT. I then booked an MOT with another well-known garage. They inspected my brakes properly and confirmed everything was perfectly fine — at least 70% lifespan left, and no need to replace anything for another 5,000 miles. What a scam. Please avoid this place at all costs. They are simply not honest people.

Never use their service, keep your car at home unused thats fine. They gave false promises of finishing the job in a given time frame and then take 4x time to finish. After this, I asked for the information on the products fitted for which I paid a hefty amount. There is no information provided yet. I would recommend to never use their service.

Fiat500c. Maybe I was a girl and went there alone and this being my first car. I was charged £3800 for an engine and battery replacement + MOT and FULL SERVICE. They originally promised I’d get my car back by the end of that week (within 5 days which still is a long time but I was patient). They ended up taking 16 days with no notice and no courtesy car just for my car to not even pass MOT. I left the garage with still some minor faults and a promise of 12 months warranty which they then changed to 6 on my receipt. Obviously this is my fault because who pays the garage that much without getting a full diagnosis done. But again this is my first encounter with any garage and this being my first car I am 100% sure they took advantage of me because had this of been an older man with experience…I doubt they would’ve gone through my similar process as with LONDON MOTOR SPORTS. Completely ridiculous people and if anything, I’d advise everyone to not go there blind sighted. And be prepared for them to text you on WhatsApp with 5 different numbers, you’ll have no clue who you’re speaking to. It also took them a week on top to invoice me my receipt. I asked for the price breakdown and receipt/proof of the replacement engine they were o=putting into my car as well as any info on it as it was SECOND HAND. They were as useless and time wasting as possible and they’d typed up a receipt with the total obviously totalling to what I payed for but no breakdown of the price which I initially asked for. These guys took advantage and are a big waste of time.

This would be my first experience with LMS, after changing from my normal garage that I have been using for a while. To start off, the communication is excellent and they are very fast to respond to any enquiries. Booking my slot in was easy and painless. Talking with them through whatsapp is easy, and I do really appreciate that you are in direct communication with the mechanic. They also send a video of their findings when they inspect the car which is good. However, I had my car booked in to have the coolant changed, and only that for now. Upon arrival I was greeted by a staff member at the allocated time, he checked my booking on my phone, told me they will do a free inspection, I have asked for a quote for a specific service that I would like to do in the future with them, then afterwards the gentleman took my key. Five minutes after leaving I receive a message to ask if I was still on my way. I told them that the car had been left and could they please check that they have it, which took them ten minutes to do after I had to ask them again that they had indeed taken my car. They confirmed it and then the mechanic messaged me. The mechanic was pleasant and sent the video through of things they found that required replacing, I asked for a quote which they provided, and I said I'll pass on the work this time. One of the reasons which is petty to most I'm sure, is that they offered the wrong tyre for the car. It has four matching tyres and the same one should be offered as a replacement. From there on out, there was a lot of pressure on doing the additional service, which I had to keep insisting that I did not want to do. I had to clearly state that it over and over until they confirmed that they will only do the work that it had been booked in for. As my partner worked close by it had been arranged for him to collect the car. When he arrived, he said payment can only be done through bank transfer which is fine. The part that is frustrating again from my perspective is the pressure to leave a good review on the spot. Which makes me question the authentication of the very short five star reviews on here. Now, the work I had done was a coolant flush and replacement on my car. I'm not sure that the work has actually been carried out as the low warning light has come on after 40 miles of driving which can only suggest that I either have a leak or they didn't bleed it properly. I assume that it is the latter due to the fact had the mechanic checked the coolant they would see that the cap has oily goo on the inside, and they would have flagged it to the customer of a suspected gasket failure. I have had to bleed the coolant again, and then I asked them to check the issues that LMS had flagged such as the brakes which to me had plenty of life left which was confirmed by the other shop. The same for the tyres, they also have life left in them as well. The last point is that they disconnected the dashcam, thats fine it is not the end of the world. But I would expect them to reconnect it again at the very least. A very minor issue that is just added to a list of issues. I also never received a quote for the additional work I did as for as well. I wouldn't recommend using them unfortunately.
