I recently dealt with Zaki who helped me secure a good deal on my remortgage - I reached out to him after a recommendation from a friend and wasn't disappointed. I've recently gone self-employed so I wasn't too sure how easy it would be finding a new rate especially during these times when rates have shot up. Zaki guided me through the process and explained to me what was required in terms on documentation and what to ask my accountant. We secured a good deal which will start from April and he mentioned he will automatically switch it to a different rate if it drops between now and then which saves me a lot of time (I had spoken to my current lender and they said if I switched with them directly I would need to monitor the rates myself and call up everytime it drops to change it - and getting through to lenders is a very time consuming task!). I definitely would recommend Zaki as he is knowledgeable, responsive and gets the job done without having to chase!

Jack works extremely hard and is an open and extremely honest mortgage advisor. I would have no problems completely relying on his advice. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy their first home or setup a mortgage. I had the opporutnity work with Lisa towards the backend of the process and she was truly amazing. Fantastic service by Nik and the team - they really took the time to discuss our personal circumstances, listen to us, and guide us through the mortgage application process. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, amazing service!

I have used LMS for 3 different mortgages over the last 3 years and 2 of those were complicated. Nik knew exactly which product to go for and from which lender. He understands the products and their nuances in detail. His responses were always prompt and his advice was very clear. Once the offers were secured, Lisa was great in helping me navigate the completion process. She is pro-active in following up and very good at steering the whole process. I struggle to think of anything LMS could have done better on any of my 3 mortgages.
