Iāve had a great experience with London Dermatology Clinic. I was very nervous to get a medium sized mole remove off the side of my cheek. With the fear of serious scarring I was put at ease with such a neat excision and great after care instructions. They are a phone call away and Iām looking forward to sending results of the scarring back in 3-6 months.
Dr Jenny and Michelle were so kind and you couldnāt ask for better team šš¼ Iām very grateful.
Very unprofessional. I went for a sebaceous cyst removal, firstly they removed three lesions on my skin when there were only two affected areas and they didnāt check with me. Afterwards they never stitched me up so now I am left with crater wounds.

Thank you Shakur for your feedback. I note you have seen the surgeon twice, just last week and he is pleased with the healing with no concerns whatsoever so we are very surprised to see this review. These were tiny spots removed which do not require any stitches - the stitches would be bigger than the tiny spots removed. Please allow the area adequate time to mature for best cosmetic results. Excellent service. The front of house team were incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr Firdous Mohyuddin and her team put my mind at ease very quickly and their knowledge and experience was self evident. Great value for money when compared with other London clinics which I spoke to.

Absolutely fantastic service. Got an appointment same day, consultation was very fast and the doctor clearly laid out options and a recommendation, then sorted my issue with a procedure right there. Great bedside manner and left pain free - canāt really ask for more!
I was very happy with my visit to the London Dermatology Clinic. I was able to get an appointment the day after I telephoned. The appointment went well, with treatment prescribed that was immediately effective. I had been struggling to get a correct diagnosis of my condition so I was very happy to finally get one. I also liked that I was automatically accompanied by a chaperone without having to request one. I requested they write to my GP and send me a copy of the letter, which they did. I would definitely recommend them.
Awful clinic, wish I had read the other reviews! I had the same experience as someone else on here- Ā£175-195 per acne consultation with each lasting less than 5 minutes. My first consultation the doctor didnāt even look at me, just prescribed Roaccutane and didnāt take time to properly discuss my dose or the risks. For example, she didnāt tell me I couldnāt drink alcohol for the 8 months (can cause permanent liver damage) or explain whether it was safe given my severe peanut allergy. When I picked up the tablets the box says ānot suitable for peanut allergy sufferersā. I made multiple calls and sent emails asking if it was safe for me to take the tablets, but the clinic took forever to get back to me. This lack of communication was dangerous and they didnāt apologise. They also made mistakes with my forms and said they had misplaced them, so I had to fill everything out again. When booking appointments via phone I spoke to different receptionists who didnāt communicate with each other and did not write down my appointments or get back to me.
I sent a complaint to the manager who spoke to me and said they had to fire a receptionist as other patients had the same issue. She didnāt offer a solution. She then said my doctor was upset with ME for my complaint and that they would have to change my consultant. This was when I was already at the clinic and had been waiting for an hourā¦ they sent me home without my appointment because the doctor was āso upsetā that I had complained the appointment was only 2 minutes long. So unprofessional. The following months I had another consultant who couldnāt understand me, I had to have another member of staff explain to him what I was saying and I had to read out the ingredients of medications to him because he didnāt know what was in it. And every time I tried to make my follow up mandatory appointments, the communication was still awful, with no one answering the phone. The consultant was also late to an appointment and they kept trying to change my time- not what you expect when you have to pay that high a fee and are told you will be charged if youāre late/ cancel yourself.
Overall, I spent over Ā£1000 and Iām really not sure what for- Iām a student who had saved up a lot for this and itās clear the clinic doesnāt care about patientās welfare at allā¦ just the money. Donāt go here.

This was my second time attending the clinic to have some moles removed. The procedure was completely painless and I am very happy with the results. The staff are always so friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to highly recommend the London Dermatology Clinic.

Hi i had a 3 and half cm cyst on my scalp. for some years. i booked to have it removed at the london dermatology clinic in london. they removed it the same day. the plastic surgeon who done the procedure. was extremely gentle and didn't have any pain during the procedure. the scaring is amazing it's a perfect line. i would recommend to all. 100%
