We were only in London for less than 24hrs for a layover. We chose to do the hop on, hop off so at least we can see all the famous landmarks. Sadly, our driver was always stopping to "grab a coffee" or "go to the loo" He skipped all the Buckingham Palace stops (It was the last bus of the day) and when he rushed us to leave at the "last stop" we asked him why we skipped Buckingham and he lied and said that we did go. Apparently to him we're blind because we missed seeing all three Buckingham related stops on the Red Route. Skip this bus company if you'd actually like a proper touring bus in London!
