Not sure who is driving vehicle today towing a trailer from this business but very sad that they almost caused an accident to me and my 2 baby's in the car failing to know how merging lanes onto highways work and clearly speeding.
Wish I had number plate but not visible on trailer as a black plate was covering.
Unfortunate part about having signage on the vehicle is that it can either aid you in great service or misrepresent if behaviour on behalf of the business is poor.
Contacted lockyer trailers about a car trailer. Told them I was after a Australian made trailer and their reviews seemed good. It took me 7 weeks to get it registered in nsw because the vin number didn't match up to nsw data base at the motor registry. In that process I found out that lockyer trailers are Chinese flat pack trailers. I was told by derick they were made in Australia. Lockyer trailers are Chinese junk trailers put together in Australia from Chinese flat packs. So they are Chinese trailers. I contacted other trailer makers before I purchased the trailer and all the company's I contacted were honest about using Chinese flat packs. Lockyer trailers were not. They led me to believe their trailers were Australian made. Just Chinese junk!

Robert I’m disappointed to hear that you are not happy with your trailer, and it is frustrating that New South Wales registry doesn’t appear to have fully embraced the federal system for registration. At no stage have I ever stated that these particular trailers were made in Australia, and I’m not sure why you would not contact us if you have any problems with your trailer. The quality of their products speaks for itself. Incredible trailers. What is most impressive is their quality of service. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The best customer service I have ever recieved.

Also we joke and laughed around you are a good friendly person and great to do business with. So what I’m saying is you would be made to go anywhere else to buy a trailer or parts for your trailer. Thanks Derek and staff for all your help, I went to Lockyer trailers based on all the good online reviews and my experience was just like all the other reviews, a very positive one.
Derek took the time to work out what we needed and fitted a tailgate ramp.
This company is well worth a try if you need a new trailer or additions made to an existing one.

Great service. Could not fault the customer service at all. Great knowledge. Heaps of experience with all aspects of trailers. Always good when the small local guys can do the job better than the experience big city places.

What is there to say. I have already written a review but somehow it doesn't exist. My experience with Lockyer Trailers is an echo to every customers reviews. Mr Derek Pingel is truly a fantastic person, great human being & cares about his customers. His staff Tim & others I don't know, are so very dedicated to helping you. The experience is second to none & is so stress free, it feels like a christmas present dedicated to each & everyone of us. These guys have a work ethic & a passion for trailers & driving forward a great Australian business. The product is really good, the value for money exceptional, but most of all the service to the customer is a life experience. From my online enquiry to the first phone call from Derek, I went wow I know this bloke & I do now as a friend. We emailed & we talked & my partner & I travelled from Maclean in northern NSW to Gatton to see the product. Impressed yes, comfortable yes, placed a deposit & the rest is another satisfied customer.
