I called this company when locked inside my flat and they picked up immediately and asked that I send a video of me trying to open the door and they concluded that a simple push up would unlock and open the door. They could have easily sent someone, change the locks and charge me a lot of money but they were honest and told me how to fix it. That is rare nowadays. This is a company that I would certainly use again and would strongly recommend them!
