This is the second and last time we will be back to this Wendy's. Our order both times that my husband got the Baconader meal. The burger didn't have bacon on it but did have pickles. My husband is allergic to pickles. My chicken sandwich was not with bacon and not spicy. It was. I will be telling people not to go to this Wendy's. We will Not be back there. In the last 8 months our order in the drive up has been wrong 4 times. Wendy's has lost our business.
For the last 2 years I had boycotted this location due to poor service, poor management, and lack of food quality.
I decided today to give them a chance to regain my business… I was not disappointed.
Romair and his team were upbeat, kind, and gave great service! Food was fresh and well prepared.
As long as Romair is managing I will be a return customer.

Dinner time on a Monday, October 20th. No lines inside. No one taking orders, just a couple of tablets. No ketchup, no drinks, no napkins. Where is everyone? Here comes the gentlemen from drive-thru. Walked by the empty condiments and napkins 3 times. Must be busy taking an order. Wendy’s taking a hard stance that drive-thru customers mean more (hard to argue when they do not need to use a tablet to take and order, get first priority service, and they get condiments, napkins, and drinks handed to them all for the same price)
Worse Wendy's I've ever been in across the U.S. my first time ever to not have my food consistent and have a clean restaurant expensive. I should have read reviews first. They're spot on. My chicken sandwich was terrible. Either the patty was old or the grease was. The kiosk didn't work properly either.
