So this is the 2nd time my husband and I went to this location and both times, the workers cant seem to figure out their menu. There is a Cherry limeade that everyone needs to try btw and this location can not figure out for the life of them what that drink is. They say "ok cherry limeade, got it" then when we get to the window they are giving me some green concoction, AGAIN. After the last time wasnt correct we were like ok, maybe it was simply a mistake. This time it was right infront of our face, when we corrected it to the cashier, a young black man behind he started crashing out saying well you have to say its a fresher or something like that over the mic at the order menu. My husband and I have been to atleast 4 different locations, this is the ONLY location we have had this issue with. The tone from the young man was so unproffessional that the lady helping us (the cashier) apologized and stated she is new. We told her its completely fine. This is something that is on their menu guys. The whole time explaining it to the young man hes just having a melt down. If you cant control and maintain composure when someone is telling you something on their order is messed up, then you shouldn't work in fast food. Please review yalls menus so you dont have anymore meltdowns. I would hate for someone to need therapy over a incorrect order. Mind you the remake STILL wasnt the right drink. They gave me something strawberry fizz or something. Bright pink, not dark red. Good job.
I had to confirm my order 2 times. I was in the drive thru the person on the other end was speaking low and gave me the immpression she didnt care at all .so I get my food I asked for a single with baked potato dbl cream dbl buttee the single had bacon on it , i didnt ask for bacon .The sandwich had no lettuce pickles or condiments on it plus the bread seemed crumbly and old THE SANDWICH WAS COLD THE BACKED POTATO WAS COLD IM DISAPPOINTED
The girl working the drive thru tonight 9/7:2025 w the braids and mousy brown hair needs and attitude adjustment ! They forgot the ranch for our nuggets so I waited at window for her to come back - she opens window with an attitude giving me a dirty look. I politely asked for ranch and she grabbed it and practically threw it at me then slammed the window on me. I did not deserve this - I come here all the time and if I see her again and she has an attitude I’m calling her out and asking for management immediately. No reason for it! Get another job if you can’t handle a little customer service even with the NICE customers!
