I asked before I purchased bc I know rebates for hard and a joke most of the time! Sales lady just wanted to get a up sale. She didn’t know her product or how the rebates work and I ended up getting screw over. I called and asked but they wouldn’t honor the price and the rebate that we discussed in the store.
Not doing business with a company/store with lairs sales people.

Polite and efficient associate worked with me to find flattering frames. She also checked for coupons available to give me the best price. I have returned to have fit adjusted. I did have to return prescription sunglasses. This was completed to my satisfaction. So, the guarantee is valid. Each visit I have been helped by associates who seem happy to be there. I highly recommend Vision Works.

My mom went into this vision works and the manager stephanie was nothing but rude and disrespectful the entire time and utterly racist my mom and sister tried to explain to her why her glasses broke and she kept trying to say it was something else when it was really because my sister got hit in the face with a soccer ball and she has insurance but the lady was still rude and disrespectful and even started raising her voice at my mom in the middle of the store and everyone was staring and made my mom so uncomfortable

Great customer service. I wanted another pair of glasses and decided to go without an appointment. The staff still helped me find 2 pairs to buy with my prescription. They got me out of there quickly and with exactly what I was looking for!

After 40 days of waiting, I went back to the store to pick up the glasses. The guy who could finish my glasses was supporting a new customer and asked me to wait. After ~15 minutes waiting, he told me to come back in an hour. When I came back, he supported another customer. I kept waiting... waiting. He told me several times that he could start to work on mine. He started to work on my glasses after 2.5 hours of waiting, and I waited another 45 minutes for him to complete the job. I don't recommend Visionworks.
