I had a great experience at this location. All the staff were so friendly, attentive, and efficient, especially Sunny, Lexy, Jessica, and Shelby. Any question I had they answered with patience and made sure I understood all information about my visit. The Optometrist was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This place put me in the wrong prescription and i been dealing with the issues since. Also my dad was told by them he had cataracts and upon seeing our old eye doctor he indeed did not have cataracts.

The Optometrist was very personable, knowledgeable and explained in a way that I could understand. Hope to see her again next year. The staff was very personable and attentive. They also didn't have a problem stopping to ask for help when they needed it on billing which is always confusing, different insurance companies, different ways of doing things. Overall, it was a good visit. Exceeded my expectations.

The experience was good. The only downfall for me personally , was that there wasn't enough frames with nose pads. Frames without pads slip down my thin nose.

My first time being at Visionworks for exam and I can tell you that I will be back next year for exam. The optometrist was very nice and friendly. She listened to me and took her time examing my eyes. I was helped by Lexy with glasses and order. She was so nice and friendly to work with. My visit here was great. Thank you!

They never pick up the phone , left messages never called back
Even at store you are not served
Take your business somewhere else lots of eyeglass places
My entire family fires there no more !!

Beware the third machine they sit you down at. It’s $35 and that girl wasn’t going to tell me about that. Seems like they were just going to do it and bill me for at the end. The doctor was great answered all my questions, so no problems there and the girl out front that actually did my glasses did her normal sales stuff but wasn’t pushing and took no for an answer so that was all good.

I had an appointment scheduled. I called ahead and let them no I might be 5 min late. They advised after 5 min to reschedule. I got there with in the 5min and waited almost 10+minutes to be seen. I finally walked up to an associate and they said I had to reschedule. I drove 30 min to get to this apt. I shouldn't have to reschedule because you didn't come to the desk.
