Michigan Rd Visionworks has a very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

I've been to a lot of Visionworks branches in search of a good frame and none of the branches have been as friendly and as capable as this one. I had to show up every day for a straight week because I had a defective frame that kept going crooked on me and every time I felt welcomed. Q-Miya and the rest of the employees at this branch are all amazing workers, thank you, my glasses look amazing!

Very friendly, and delivered great communication

I've been to two stores in the Indy Metro area. One was 45 minutes away I had to go to because I needed an exam at the end of the year and they fit me in last second.then I needed replacements sooner than expected and the Michigan Road store closest to my house let me leave the store with a pair for “free” while I ordered a 6 month set because i needed replacements badly. They were very understanding and friendly.

This company has been the worst I have dealt with. 3 years in a row I was taking my kids here for eye exams and glasses. I told my mom to go here as well. The last time my 2 kids and my mom went they all came out with the same result. They were all given glasses that they could not see out of. One of my daughters went to take her glasses back and the manager yelled at her and told her is wasn't their fault she couldn't see out of the glasses. They told me that my needed progressive lens which I paid extra for 3 years in a row. Today I took my youngest to a different place and was informed that the glasses my daughter has from her last visit to vision works are not progressive. Both of the glasses she has from there are single vision. So I paid extra to make sure she had the progressive that they suggested she needed but what we ended up with were single vision and she has had single vision the whole time. Vision works is out for money and does not care about their customers. Do not go here.

I needed an eye exam quick. Before my insurance ended! I was able to get in within a week. The associates are awesome at this location. I enjoyed Dr. Wellen. She listened to me and was engaged in conversation. The associates-they are awesome!! They made me feel like family! Very courteous, attentive, and quick. I would recommend the Carmel location Visionworks to everyone I can!!

We had a lot of issues getting my lenses to work properly, but everyone was very kind and helpful throughout it all. Angie put her vision detective goggles on and persevered through.

Dr Venezia is very kind and very thorough. The staff were all great. They spent a lot of time helping me find glasses. Definitely recommend them.!

This location is Everything! Great staff, great front an back customer service, Dr. was personable and thorough, I loved how everyone took the time to explain and make sure properly fitted and not rushed. Also there are a lot of great options to choose from.

Had an overall poor experience here. It all started when I came in a few weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. When we came in, the manager Angie, barely lifted her eyes from her phone to greet us. We looked around the selection for a bit and the manager Angie continued to ignore us for her phone. We settled on a pair of glasses and she finally began to process the order. She informed me that we would be contacted in a few days once the glasses were ready. After 2 weeks of no contact, I called and was informed that the glasses were ready to be picked up. When I did come to pick them up, the manager that originally helped me was not there and the staff that was present was very helpful.

I have been coming to this location for six years and each time I go I am treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Everyone that works here knows what customer service is.

Woman at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful after telling me I had an hour wait time from the time of my scheduled appointment. And it wasn’t Felecia either.

Have always received great service from this location. Nice selection of frames.
