This was my first time ever visiting a Cheesecake Factory. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary with my family. Our waitress was amazing and went above and beyond for us!! The food was fantastic as well, not a disappointed customer at the table. We all were sampling each other’s entrees and did the same with the cheesecakes at the end of the meal.
It was my first time going for our daughter's birthday to the Greenwood location! It was a nice atmosphere. The manger Caleb made special accommodations to make sure our party was all together since there was more than 6 of us. The food was a bit pricey for the servings and quality. I did expect a little more the way people be talking about it, but it's all good. It was still a cool experience! The cheesecake were on point!
We've been going to this cheesecake factory probably since it was open. Last night we went in for dinner. It was 10 or 15 minutes before we greeted by our waitress. We ordered our food and we asked for bread and they brought us stale bread. So I asked the waitress if she could bring us some fresh bread. Finally 30 minutes later after not seeing her her coming by our table I went and found her and asked her about the bread. She never came back.After 55 of waiting for our food and bread we decided to walk out. I asked to speak to the manager. I talked to her and explained exactly what happened the poor service no food and that we were leaving. The only thing she said to me after 55 minutes, is would you like me to check on your food. After telling her exactly what I just said. We used to love this place and this is the worst experience we've ever had probably at any restaurant. This location is going out of business if they continue with the poor service and management. I would give them a zero star if I could. Truly sad because we used to love this place.

My wife and I came to the greenwood location waited approximately 10 minutes before we spoke to the employee who handles the bakery area and let them know that we were waiting for someone to come and seat us. (The place was empty at the time) so when somebody finally came to seat us they said that they could seat us at the bar and we told them that we didn’t want the bar area so they told us it would be another 10 minutes or so. My time is more valuable to me especially when the restaurant was not busy. 1st time we had been there in a few years so we were kinda excited about going to your restaurant but with the way it was handled we won’t be back. We went somewhere else and got seated right away!
Overwhelmingly disappointing service and food. It almost seemed like someone told the kitchen that they were on a shoestring budget and they used bare minimum. Had to ask for refills, went 30 minutes without bread this, this was us coming in at 4:30 p.m., not at a busy hour. . Chicken constalletta had just a dribble of sauce underneath the chicken. There's literally no sauce on the chicken which defeats the whole point of the plate. Spaghetti on chicken piccata was exceptionally dry. It literally seems like it was warmed back up in the microwave. Can't say for sure but just overall very disappointing.
***Update: During the dining experience, we did reach out to the manager and explain and he seem "put out" that I would request more sauce so that thechicken wasn't dry. His response was that was the "normal" amount, meaning a few drops; which again I'm sure the kitchen was put on a budget. Additionally, on 12/02 I did call the them back at 14:32, Hostest just said "yeah" when she picked up the phone vs "Thanks for calling the...". Got a manager, again just said "Hello", not "This is XXX, how many I help you." Very basic greeting for other places. I just said nevermind and hung up. This place really seems to have hit a poor stride.

2nd time there, food was mediocre at best both times. Prices were too high last time and now thru the roof, almost to obscene levels. Staff was nice, but wont be going back, ever.
Friendly service and the desserts were amazing with a wide range of selections. My husband got the birthday celebration cheesecake and I got the strawberry shortcake.
