horrible service, horrible managers, horrible food. the managers looked like they were high on something when i went in, and smelt like weed. i swear i saw some of them take a bong into the walk-in fridge. this place needs to be shut down immediately.
please don't over fry your food and then serve it to your paying customer. It's not food at that point and it's a slap in the face to my pocketbook. and give us receipts unless we say we don't want one. I didn't get one.
I’m normally pretty understanding of fast food stress, but half of my order was missing and the food I did get was ice cold by the time I got it. It’s kind of essential to make sure all items are included in an order, especially when it seems to be a problem in general with the store.
Worst drive threw. I'm at the window. Next door McDonald's has cars wrapped around the building, as I'm waiting, I see McDonald's serve every car in line and I'm still waiting. If I want taco bell, I drive north a little bit to the other one. If this location knew how to service customers fast, I woud be here all the time.
Food was okay but the redheaded, glasses-wearing, hipster-looking employee was incredibly rude. He was just being very passive-aggressive when we were ordering and receiving our food, acting as if we were inconveniencing him for spending money there. Get a different job if you can't be decent to your customers!
Drive thru only, inside closed? Drive thru took 30 minutes. Paid and waited for 6 minutes at window. Got 2 grilled cheese steak burritos missing cheese and about half full compared to other times, eating a tortilla with rice..😂 slacking tonight, maybe they have an excuse?
