It seems like anytime we go after 9:00pm, the wait is at least 30min+. Doesn’t matter if it’s in the drive-thru or inside. Food is always hit-or-miss whether it’s made correctly or not. Walked in tonight and the staff is all hiding with the place wreaking of weed. I wasn’t the only customer that backed out of the drive-thru to then wait for any type of service inside. Had to actually cancel my online order and just go across the street to McDonald’s. The 3rd shift here can’t get worse.

They gave me nacho cheese instead of avocado ranch like asked for. On the receipt it says avocado ranch, not nacho cheese. And the fries were cold. But the dirty sodas were great. And empanadas…

This is my new preferred taco bell even though its a little farther from me! Last experience was great - I did an online order to the store but did a second order to get my free reward but did it to the store down the street where I usually go on stones crossing so that was totally my fault - but she was understanding and still gave me my reward. I came back tonight and I realized it was her again and made sure to get her name (Jordan) Food was good, our order was perfect and Jordan is so friendly! I'll definitely travel the couple more miles to come to this store just because the customer service with Jordan involved! She is great!!!

I don't think this location is actually physically or cognitively capable of getting an order right. Every single time I've gone, something is missing from my order or made wrong. And this is after waiting for forever for the food every time, too. You can take forever, or you can get the order wrong. You can't consistently do both.

Sat in the drive through for almost an hour. There was no way out either. The drive thru is setup that you can’t get out once you’re in it. They were literally taking an order and wouldn’t take another until they handed food out the window. When I got to the window, I expected to see people running around crazy. Nope. Just casually staring at the screens taking their time. Just not a good experience on a Wednesday night when I’m trying to get home to bed. Won’t return.

They have a too bad services who are working in the night times and they make my order too much late deliberately my order is before other orders and make my order late deliberately. Plz improve your service and told him to make orders line wise each and everything I am looking in a screen. Too bad experience over there.
