We was looking for some late not food and my kids choose Taco Bell, little did they know that they would be completely disappointed. We spent $27 and a 15 minute wait just to receive cold food. Smh. This is my last time coming. We come about 2 times a month and it’s BS every time. I’m fed up with the poor food quality. Times are hard and money is too tight to just be giving it away. We should have choose McDonalds
I get a broken shell every now and then. Just like everybody else, but hey, that's taco bell overall, no problem.

Ordered from the app and waited almost an hour to get my food. I was coming back from work, and I was given the impression ordering from the app was going to be faster. Definitely not. Many customers were waiting for their food. 3 customers left because it took too long. All of us were making fun of the fact that all of our orders are taking forever. One guy just ordered 2 burritos, and still did not receive his by the time I got there. You know it's bad when one order is done, all of us start clapping and celebrating because the wait time was ridiculous. If you are going to order from this Taco Bell late night, do not be surprised that it will take almost an hour to get your food. You might as well just walk across the street to Arby's.
Management needs to learn how to coordinate and have better training with their employees. Fast food does not take much to do a decent job. If you can't even be effective at a job like that, don't know what to tell you.
