Got the chili dog meal and the crispy chicken meal. The chicken wasn't all that good. They only been opened for 15 minutes. I thought it would be hot and fresh but not the case. The chili dog meal was pretty good. I personally didn't care for the fries or onion rings but everyone else liked them.

Took almost 20 minutes to get our mobile pick longer than the quote, no big deal. The bread on the cheese toasties was cold and I didn't get a slushie or straws for other drinks. 15 minutes later. I still have none of that. Also no napkins and one spoon for 2 blasts. Another 10 minutes and I went up and asked. They looked at me like I had grown a second head. I just demanded the napkins, spoon and straw. Will do a charge back.

​I had a terrible experience at this location. I placed an order on the app and waited 25 minutes, only to watch three cars and two walk-in customers who arrived after me get served first. When I finally went to the drive-thru to request a refund, the staff completely ignored my request. Instead, they handed me cold food and offered a free drink for my next visit. Horrible customer service. Do not visit.

First time I’ve been to this location. Ordered one single cherry limeade at 7:06. It’s now 7:26. They’ve been cranking out the drive through, though. Who knows, maybe when you read this I’ll still be sitting here 🤷‍♂️

Waited over 30 minutes for food only for people who arrived well after us to get their food before us. Unacceptable Edit after 50 minutes I had to stand in the door until someone finally talked to me to get my food it was cold so who knows how long it had been done.

In my not inconsiderable life, this was actually my first time trying Sonic, as I have never lived close enough to a location before. I ordered an All-American Dog, small Ched ‘R’ Peppers and a Large Fritos Chili Cheese Pie. All of the food arrived basically cold. The All-American Dog was substandard, I have had far better hot dogs from carts on the side of the road. The Sonic Fritos Chili Cheese Pie was something I have always wanted to try and now I don't know why. Microwaving some canned chili with cheese and Fritos is far from rocket science, something I have done many times and the result is far better than this. The Ched ‘R’ Peppers were actually quite good, definitely better than anything else I got. Cheddar cheese rather than cream cheese which is often used for reasons I don't understand. On there OWN I would rate these 4-5 stars, better than the microwave variety.
