Can you all just close this location? The last four times I’ve came here the food quality has been disgraceful. Better off to just throw the food in the garbage. Always cold, I don’t think the employees know what the word Fresh means. If you’re upper management reading this, this store needs some serious improvements. Not to mention the inside of the restaurant looks disgusting. I just may report you all to the Board of Health.

The meal arrived cold, and the burger was not prepared as requested. Although I had ordered a double, it was a single, and the cheese was not melted. While I did receive a refund for the burger, the employee's demeanor was less than ideal. After I had already taken a few bites due to my hunger, she requested the burger back when delivering the refund. I explained that I had already eaten some of it and requested the difference in price between the single and double, as I had previously communicated through the speaker. This experience has unfortunately discouraged my mother from returning, as it was her first meal outside of the hospital after her discharge. Considering the current cost of dining out, it would be greatly appreciated if orders could be prepared accurately and served at an appropriate temperature.

I'm not here to tell you about the ungodly amount of time we waited in the drive through line after waiting in a stall unanswered for sevreal minutes. Enough time to watch a YouTube tutorial on how to make Ratatouille from scratch for those wondering lol. Or how my OVERLY salted sasage breakfast burrito came out tasting like it was fished from a Florida ocean with no sasage on it while my wifes burger came out of the freezer straight into the bag. Or how somehow my pretzel was 1/3rd of the way burned from the microwave, along with tatortots that had the consistency of rock candy. And forget about the grainy expired cheese sauce. My goal is tell you about my experience while standing in this kitchen for 10 minutes while I waited for my salt lake burrito, I mean sasage burrito was corrected by slapping freshly cooked sasage on my now cold egged burrito that was somehow folded into something that resembled a pancake. I have never seen a kitchen so unorganized, dirty, and just plain trashed. A counter, the floor, any flat spot. There was trash, food, and who knows what eles. I can understand a rush getting the best of organization however this was an all day mess, and I can't help but believe it's like this everyday. I halfway expected to have to fight off a bug or a mouse with the wildly cramed bucket of spoons sitting on the dusty window sill next to where I was standing. I received my "corrected" food and walked out with trash actually stuck to my foot, no exaggeration here. I had to shake it off in the parking lot. If you think for a moment there is any hand washing being done in this kitchen, please reconsider your thought process. I only regret a few things in the life I have lived, and eating the food from this Sonic that I once loved tonight is now one of them. Thank you for adding that to the list, group of employeed teenagers who give absolutely no cares in the world about thier job, sanitation, or the food you eat.

Yall are the stingiest fast food place I've ever seen. I don't know if I've ever been and actually received all of my sauces. I ordered a pretzel and mozzarella sticks. I even asked them to be sure to include a cheese sauce because it's rarely ever included and they still forgot the cheese sauce and the marinara sauce. Like why even sell pretzels or mozzarella sticks if you can't EVER include the sauces. How much could it possibly cost the restaurant to include sauce with orders? Are yall seriously having so many financial difficulties that sauces make or break the company?
