I visited this location for a quick lunch and really enjoyed the ability to fully customize my meal with a variety of fresh ingredients. The flavors were bright and well-balanced, and I especially appreciated that the guacamole and queso were included without an extra charge. The portions were generous, and the assembly line moved quickly even with a moderate crowd. The dining area was kept tidy, and the staff were friendly and efficient in getting everyone through the line. I really wish this location was better. The staff is soooo rude and the food is always 50/50 in whether I will get sick from it. Tonight all the table were dirty and when a guest asked so nicely for them to clean one the lady said “calm down!” To the guest. Please someone fix this location!

This is hands down one of the best Qdobas & my family & I frequently eat Qdoba! We stop here even though this one is 25 mins from home when we’re on that side of town which is often! The customer service is unmatched, it’s clean, & even when they’re busy they are working hard to get through the orders! I highly recommend this location!

Brunette checkout lady was completely rude and had attitude when asking a simple question about the menu. Really bad experience with her and made us want to leave without even eating. This was on 4/22 at 325 pm.

App is lame, response is worse
I hated every single aspect of my attempt to receive rewards from the qdoba app!! I have placed several large orders in the last 42 days. Six from the receipts I actually saved, but they failed to give me receipts a few times. I used the app to get rewards and it says I have received the awards only once. Hate this. Like the food, but infuriated with the app. Likely will never go to any qdoba again!!

We love Qdoba. It’s alway a treat for us when we eat there. I was excited about the idea of the mini bowl since portion sizes are typically pretty large. I ordered the shrimp mini bowl. I was given four shrimp. Yes. Four. I asked if that was normal and was informed that was the norm for a shrimp mini bowl. Four shrimp. Noted. I will not be choosing shrimp next time. At least I will get to try the shrimp. 😬
Edit: Q'doba did reach out in regard to my review and I was very hopeful! I responded via the email they provided and the email doesn't seem to be able to go through. I am getting a Mail Delivery Subsys error. So I'm not sure if this is an automated reply that is now outdated or if there is a different issue from Gmail. The shrimp was fine, but not worth the money for 4 shrimp. I found this "response" to my review as lackluster as receiving 4 shrimp in my bowl.
