We love Qdoba. It’s alway a treat for us when we eat there. I was excited about the idea of the mini bowl since portion sizes are typically pretty large. I ordered the shrimp mini bowl. I was given four shrimp. Yes. Four. I asked if that was normal and was informed that was the norm for a shrimp mini bowl. Four shrimp. Noted. I will not be choosing shrimp next time. At least I will get to try the shrimp. 😬 Edit: Q'doba did reach out in regard to my review and I was very hopeful! I responded via the email they provided and the email doesn't seem to be able to go through. I am getting a Mail Delivery Subsys error. So I'm not sure if this is an automated reply that is now outdated or if there is a different issue from Gmail. The shrimp was fine, but not worth the money for 4 shrimp. I found this "response" to my review as lackluster as receiving 4 shrimp in my bowl.

The food is always good when we order while there. The couple instances were we ordered online were not so great but the food is good, so we're cool with just ordering when we get there.

This Qdoba purposely messes up online orders. On multiple occasions I've received online orders with no protein that I paid for. I really don't understand why because i paid for it. Terrible management. Please close this store and replace it with another food spot where you get what you pay for.

Typical Saturday morning. Stopped in abt 10:15am. There was a chill atmosphere and the employees were just zooming along. The lady making my burrito took the time to mix the ingredients with a few short practiced moves ensuring an equally delicious bite throughout! Well done, Qdoba, Smith Valley & SR135!!! Well done!

we came friday night and they were backed up out the door with a full lobby of online orders waiting as well. they did the absolute best they could and never let the stress get to their attitudes. they got us our food as fast as they could and right before us they were wrapping up a (very) large online order and she came in, in front of us and demanded to cancel her order (they literally rushed it and it was done in front of her face) and she basically caused a scene. Anyways they were extremely professional and we told them they were doing so great and i just wanted to give them a good review because if i were them i would have been so frazzled and honestly probably rude to the customers so they’re awesome.

we came in during peak dinner rush on a friday night and the lobby was packed, line to the door and a lobby full of people waiting for online orders. they were understaffed, dealing with rude customers that were demanding refunds, and were just absolutely slammed. and the staff had the best attitudes, just so sweet and kind even though they were clearly having a rough night. i applaud them for their professionalism and staying respectful and treating every customer kindly.

We came in during a very busy dinner rush on a Friday night and despite customer being extremely rude to staff for being backed up on orders, everyone working did a great job handling the chaos and kept a good attitude. Everyone deserves a raise!
