This place is a complete joke, ran by a bunch of fools. I waited an hour and a half for my pizzas to be delivered for a party of 12 people. I eventually drove to the store. The door was closed and locked and they told me they ran out of food but didn’t bother to call and tell me that my order was canceled so I could make other arrangements. JOKE!!!!!!
I get not having enough staff, that’s not the workers fault, but sat there for an hour with 15 other people waiting for a pizza, then they announced they are closing the store. A worker was in and out of the bathroom, I’m guessing sick because it was said that “she can’t be around food right now”. Shit happens, but this is wild. Management needs to figure it out, this place is always such a mess.
At 51 years old, I have never provided the feedback to any restaurant that I am about to share. Pizza Hut goes back to my childhood and has always been our go to pizza of choice especially when we are feeding alot or people. This feedback is for the store at 4800 Smith Valley Rd, Greenwood,IN and owned by Quality Huts LLC. My last 3 orders from this store have been horrendous. In November for my daughters 13th bday and with 12 friends for a sleep over, they chose Pizza Hut. I placed the order for 8 pizzas and breadsticks and went to the store at the time on the app. I paid for my food and unbelievably 50 minutes later I left the store with cold pizzas that had been sitting on the counter. In December, decided to give them a another try when we had family over for Christmas. 7 pizzas were ordered along with Breadsticks. Upon arrival for pick up,Ashley, the GM for Quality Huts LLC was very upset with the quality of the pizzas as some were cold, overcooked and not correct. She offered us a $50 credit off our next order by giving us her card indicating $50 off and signing it. I appreciated the gesture of trying to make it right. Today we ordered 5 pizzas, 3 double orders of breadsticks and 8 cheese dips. Upon arrival, I presented the card we were given. A phone call was made to the new GM who chose not to honor the credit. It was like pouring salt in the wound and erosion of all goodwill that had ever been established with the Pizza Hut brand. To make it worse, 2 of the pizzas were prepared incorrectly and all of the cheese dips were cold from being in their fridge. I am just shocked and disappointed that we were treated in such a manner and that the store did not choose to take care of a customer when their actions did not live up to PAID expectations.
We will no longer be using Pizza Hut. The use of DoorDash is terrible. DoorDash drivers have no reliable background checks and often share accounts with people who have criminal records. Last time we used DoorDash our food was clearly eaten. Another friend saw a roach crawling on the driver.
Had an amazing experience here. The new mgmt is amazing and much needed here and long over due at this location. Trisha was so welcoming huge smile and fast friendly service. You can tell she takes absolute pride in what she does. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The store cleanliness was top notch from sec I came in the door so impressed.
Ordered a pizza online that says it was ready. We waited 15 minutes and headed over. Still wasn’t ready. Finally got someone’s attention in the packed restaurant and they said it hadn’t even been put in the oven yet (at this point it had been an hour since ordering). Told them to forget it and give us a refund. Won’t be ordering from here again.
This store is ridiculous. I placed an online order waited until the order processed as ready left to go pick it up. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes no one came to the counter. There was literally 1 person in the entire building working. I did not see a single other person on a Saturday night and he was slammed making pizzas and doing everything else. Very very poorly managed. A manager should have been in the building working the front counter. I worked food a long time and I've never seen nonsense like this before.
