I ordered pizza with extra sauce because these chains never seem to put enough! Not only was there not "extra" sauce, but it was non-existent! Russ took my call and offered to replace it, so that's the reason for two stars instead of one. However, he didn't apologize for the mishap( very unprofessional) he also seemed bothered that I was even calling in to say something. As you can see, a picture is worth a thousand words

We normally love this location, we always like the lady and the one guy that works there but today was such a disappointing experience. I'm 9 months pregnant and have stomach issues so when we get pizza we always get me a pan cheese with light sauce and just slightly under done so it never ends up getting to dark, its always been perfect, until today... we had 3 pizzas and 2 came out perfectly, and mine was darker than me (I'm mixed) it was dark dark brown all over so my asked if they could redo it and the skinny guy with the goat beard just seemed upset and went to go do it. Now, I understand being petty, I'm a pregnant woman but he decided to give us a completely raw pizza (barely cooked) with a huge amount of sauce, literally the sauce was draining through the crust. This was the last time we go to this location and I hope I don't get sick from the pizza this man decided to give us because he was upset he gave us a burn pizza. Honestly, it's ridiculous. We understand that they're understand staffed and that has never been an issue for us, we're always so kind and understanding but to do this when you know its for a pregnant woman is cruel.

The ONLY reason I am putting 2 stars is because the driver tonight was the only one that tried to make things right, he was kind. I had a pick up order for 7:40. We were told it wasn’t in the system so they couldn’t help us even after being showed the receipt that stated I paid for food at this location. I then tried to show the confirmation number and the lady at the counter tonight proceeded to yell at me and show me her screen telling me she couldn’t help me because it wasn’t in the system in-front of 3 other customers. I told her that her attitude was not okay and walked out to my car. By this time it was about 8 I went to calm down and let her help other people. I went back in and she continued to have an awful attitude with me I asked for her name she said it was cherry I believe? Finally after she walked away for the 2nd time another guy came over and said our pizza was in the warmer.. so we left about 8:15 THE WHOLE TIME THE PIZZA WAS IN THE WARMER! All she had to do was check.. as we left the delivery driver stopped us an offered a free 2 liter for the trouble we had been through and apologized. I’m there a few times a month. The lady’s attitude at the front counter was completely unacceptable i will not be back in if she’s handling my food.

When I pulled up to the store, I hit the button on my Pizza Hut app that told the store I was there. I did curbside delivery because I had my 2 year old with me. One of the employees was outside talking to a woman that worked next door at the smoke shop. The employee then went inside and got their purse/wallet and went inside the smoke shop. They were in there for about 10 mins. All this time, people are piling up inside the store. My app had told me my pizza was ready for over 10 mins. When then employee came out of the smoke shop, they had 2 full bags of items from there. This entire time, I am calling the store endlessly with no answer. The employees cleared out the store of customers but I was still in my car waiting for my curbside delivery. I called the store one more time but still no answer. I then woke my toddler up so that I could take them in the store with me to get my pizza. I was very displeased with having to wait over 20 mins outside the store for curbside delivery with a 2 year old in the car. I did curbside for a reason but still had to go in to get it after waiting for almost half and hour. All while one of the employees talks to a person at a store next door and then goes inside of the store to buy stuff when customers are waiting on them for their food. When I got home, my pizza tasted like it had been warming too long and was dry and hard. Worst pizza I’ve ever had at Pizza Hut. The service at the store on 1022 US 31 in Greenwood, IN is horrible.

I've emailed with the manager Russell Rodriguez whom acts like he isn't the one on shift when these horrible orders are being pushed out to us and he is the absolute reason why our orders are sloppy, not correct, missing items and customer service is trash he definitely is this locations downfall I suggest not ordering from this location until a more capable manager is put in there our orders have been wrong and incomplete 4 out of 7 times I get asked to try them again at my own expense but they will not get me again. I will no longer order from pizza hut.

Order was delivered promptly, but pizza looked like the box had been dropped at some point. It was folded on top of itself and slid into one half of the box. Returned with driver. Called to ask for refund. Manager agreed but was rude, did not apologize. Hung up on me. I did get my refund though.

An employee walked off the shift leaving two associates. One was ready for a net ous breakdown and the other was dismissive with customers. Sorry to see this. Also, was told all pizzas had to be redone that were ordered. Waited longer than time quoted. Bad situation 😔

Had the hot honey pizza the previous weekend thanks to my sister ordering one for me to try it. Came back for more and was extremely disappointed! Pizza was undercooked and there was literally no hot honey sauce on it whatsoever!!! Feel like I just completely wasted $20.

I've ordered from this location a handful of times. The service is usually slow and the employees are usually rude but the food was fine in the past. I placed an order today for two pizzas and a double order of breadsticks. It says online that a double order of breadsticks comes with two free sauces. I wanted an extra sauce so I ordered an extra sauce. When my husband went to pick up our order, the employee working refused to give him the free sauce and argued that the sauce I paid for was a substitute for the free sauce that comes with it, not extra sauce. Not only was the interaction rude, and the employee not willing to confirm that's what the website offers, and the employee uncaring of the receipt that my husband provided showing that we ordered extra sauce, the breadsticks we ended up not having enough sauce for were hard and flat. They obviously don't care if they keep business so I'm sure they won't be heartbroken when we take ours to a place that provides the items customers pay for.

They have a good team! They performed a really good Job specially the employees and managers of the store! The phone service sucks but they have good responsible people!
