I placed an order for pickup scheduled for 7:08 PM. I finally left the store at 7:50 PM—an unacceptable 42-minute delay with no apology or offer of compensation. I am honestly glad I opted for pickup, as I suspect a delivery order would have resulted in an even longer wait.
The lobby was packed wall-to-wall, truly like sardines, with customers waiting well past their promised times. The source of the problem appeared to be a complete lack of organization. For at least the first 30 minutes of my wait, I watched staff members staring at large stacks of cooked pizzas, clearly confused and trying to figure out which order belonged to which waiting customer.
By the time my order was finally sorted out and handed over, the food was far past its prime. The pizza and cheese sticks were both lukewarm to cold. This is the direct result of having cooked orders sitting out in stacks while the staff attempts to decipher their system. Furthermore, neither the pizza nor the breadsticks were fully cut, requiring me to tear them apart at home.
The entire experience was marked by a complete failure in customer service. Despite the almost hour-long wait, there were no apologies offered to any of the waiting customers, nor was there any proactive attempt to discount the cold food or compensate for the delay. This was my first visit back in several years due to almost identical issues, and I had hoped for the joyful "childhood Pizza Hut" experience; sadly, I got the "sad and depressed adult Pizza Hut." This level of chaos, compounded by the poor food quality and lack of basic courtesy, means I cannot recommend this location.
I reviewed this location before after months of bad quality pizza but for the past few months things have turned around greatly, the pizza is fresh and made like advertised and the customer service is great, if you were one of the people who stopped going here when it was struggling with service and quality I suggest you come back due to the effort they have put in to show that they do care about the customer and the hard earned money they spend there. This location actually listened to our complaints and concerns and proved they wanted and appreciated our business
I ordered the cheese "Crafted Flatzz" with extra cheese but couldn't tell if it had extra on it or not. I asked for regular marinara but got the sweet. It wasn't overly sweet and tasted good. It's a delicious pizza that you just got a try. Its larger and better than a personal size. It was hot out of the oven and on time. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I couldn't tell if it had extra cheese and didn't have the regular marinara.
First time I have had Pizza Hut since 2016. I went on my birthday. All I could say is “oh, why does it taste like that”. It tastes like cooked flipflop with lots of grease and cheese on it but the cheese don’t taste like cheese…. Idk I was scared after I ate it and did not feel good, so there’s that
