I hope this finds you well. I had the amazing pleasure of talking to your associate Michelle. She was a wonderful person and helped in any way she could. Was funny add very nice. 11/10 on customer service. Also you have the part i need. Makes it 12/10.
So in future review, I do believe Michelle just made me an O'Reilly customer for the future. I was an autozone person. But she made it different.
In further conclusion I firmly believe that Michelle needs a raise for her dedication to the job and positive attitude.

Great store to go to and very helpful..but the online service is not good, Guarantee part on time and I Pay for a part that I was needing ASAP for my truck which was expected the next day and that was the reason I paid for the part..now I have to worry if my truck doesn't get towed away..thank a whole lot online service..and was told it might be until Tuesday for my part to be in .....bad online Guaranteed my....a.....
Not very helpful. Excuses not to put on new wipers or a new battery.
