The folks who work here are great. The products sold are fine.
The thing I like most is the staff is friendly but not that "Let's be friends!" weirdness.
I have bought parts here for the past several years. The parts are as good as anywhere and the staff makes them worth a little extra drive.
Sought auto brake light replacement bulbs. Manufacturer catalogs available and not worn as many other auto parts stores’ are so good. Shelf stock on popular brands/bulbs low or out of stock but fortunately mine last on hand. Checkout register personnel polite. Did peruse aisles to preview other items that might be of interest. For example I sought a mechanical high pressure gauge tire they had a variety and one of that category but plastic not what I’d consider of higher quality materials which doesn’t necessarily always correlate to performance but gives the impression of potentially shorter product life durability. Store fairly organized shelves and satisfactory clean.
This place is one of the best places you can go to for auto parts. Eldon and Franklin are very helpful. They were able to provide insightful recommendations for the parts I bought and even helped me replace my headlights. They had all the parts I needed when I went there, and they were very friendly.
Isaac did a great job and has a great attitude.
He found the headlight that I needed quickly. He even installed the headlight in a tight place that I would have struggled with. A person with such a good work ethic and attitude is a tremendous asset and people like Isaac are the reason why I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts
I was helped by Erik. Top notch service. He went above and beyond. Was knowledgeable and when a topic came up he was unfamiliar with "Learn something new everyday" He special ordered a part for me, and when he kept saying "I got you buddy" - I really felt he meant it. Thank you for providing excellent customer service!
Poor customer service. Wouldn’t replace a battery, could it be because it was 1/2 hour before closing? Was chauvinistic as well. Plenty of other places to go. Wont be back.

My daughter away at college stopped in at 9:30p because she needed a new battery after having to get her car jump started. They told her she had a bad alternator and bad battery. Told her they couldn't replace the battery. Next day she took it to another mechanic who tested the alternator and it was fine. They happily replaced the battery.
