This is our favorite fried chicken chain, hands down. We have been to different locations, and one thing we really appreciate is how consistent the quality is. It is not like one location is great and another one is disappointing — the food has been reliable every time.
The fried chicken is always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. And when you dip it in their gravy, it takes it to another level. It’s seriously one of the best parts of the meal.
This particular location is also very unique because the building has so much character. It looks like it used to be a bank, which makes the restaurant feel different from a typical fast-food place.
The only downside is parking — it can be really difficult to find a spot nearby. Other than that, we love this place.
My bf just ordered food through DoorDash an hour ago, and when the food arrived we got the wrong order. We ordered $100 worth of food, and we only got a spicy chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. My bf called the store to see if the order is still there because he was going to pick it up himself, and our order wasn’t even there anymore. Meaning, at least two people got their orders wrong, except we only got a sandwich and chicken tenders and the other person got $100 worth of food. I understand it could be the driver’s fault, but shouldn’t the staff monitor the delivery orders and make sure the correct orders are being given? Do better!

Heard about this place so I decided to try it. The chicken down to the spaghetti was worth the visit!!!. The service was excellent, friendly staff. Will definitely come again.

Super amazing taste , This jollibee restaurant is very good clean attractive, The chicken taste is atsy and delicious, within 5 minutes we get our order, people work here are good and professionals, highly recommended.

The service was fast and the employees were polite. The restaurant itself was way bigger than I thought it would be. A few tables in the front with chairs and some bench seating. They alzo offer high chairs if you bring a child that needs one. In the back they also have seating with high tables and stools. On the opposite side of the front seats they have a beverage fountain.
When you place your order you get a number on your receipt as well as a buzzer that goes off when your order is ready.
Me and my husband didn't do a big order, we got their spicy chicken sandwich that has a what looks fo be a Sriracha sauce and they do slices of jalapeños instead of the usual pickles which we liked but I have to say I did miss my pickles. Overall the chicken was fried very well and had a good flavor. Nothing blew me away with this chicken sandwich, however it was satisfying. We. Also had their regular fries which were a decent shoestring fry but again nothing to write home about.
I've had just their chicken before and I liked enough to get it again. I did not enjoy their mashed potatoes as most fast food mashed potatoes taste like they came powdered from a box.
All in all its a nice quick stop for some decent fried chicken.
**UPDATE**
So I tried their new spicey chicken and it was good but it was more like tingling chicken as it wasn't very spicey at all. The tip of my tongue was tingling and my lips but thats about it. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and perfectly warm when I bought it.

the flavor was really good I give you that but my kids an i got sick like food poisoning it was the worst feeling ever and this was the second time I bought this chicken ,this place needs a food inspection big time and to much people in the kitchen talking

Jollibee never disappoints! The Chickenjoy is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the gravy just makes it even better. I also love their Jolly Spaghetti—it’s sweet and unique compared to other fast food. The staff are friendly and the place is usually clean, making it a great spot for quick meals with friends or family. Definitely a go-to comfort food place!
