Great Car Wash for not a lot of money. It's always a quicken and quick out and makes the car look beautiful.

Way worse than I could’ve expected. Car came out dirtier than I came in.

Great customer service

It's a good car wash and it's the same wash I'd find at any crew location. My only complaint is that they don't have the mirrors so I can see if I'm lined up with the tracks and the loaders don't tell me if I'm out of alignment with them so I've scraped my rims several times going into the car wash. Wish they'd bring those mirrors back so I wouldn't have to rely on other people.

Wanted to vacuum, but it's soaking much more 10 times worse than my non professional home vacuum. Just wasted 2$

So I have frequented this place for years. And was pretty happy with how clean it got my car. It gets bugs off well and dries decently but not perfectly. But that's s to be expected. Plus I have the unlimited so if any stubborn buggos are still there I can run back through again. It is still loads better than the ones in Florida! Lol. Today though, their loader about made me have an accident because they were loading vehicles super close together on the conveyor because they were busy(I get it to an extent). The car before me hopped at least 2 or 3 rollers because the loader was impatient about sending the cars through and not waiting for them to go into neutral. I get pulled onto the conveyor within 5 feet of the vehicles bumper in front of me and the guy or girl(not sure which)waving me forward hits the send button before I am even in neutral. And Because of this, the momentum damn near pushed me forward just enough that had I not been paying attention and used my brakes to ALSO hop a roller, I would have rearended the guy in front of me. This ROYALLY pissed me off because my car is literally brand new and while it didnt do any damage(that I could see) it could have. I understand you want to be efficient but for safety purposes loading me that close to another vehicle is absolutely ridiculous. What happens if that guy hops another roller? Into my bumper he goes. It scared my gf and , and hell even me for that matter. I have never had an issue with this location until now but I have now also had 2 seperate instances of employees being impatient when loading because I am not comfortable being so close to the car in front of me. I gave them 3 stars because the actual wash usually looks great and USUALLY I never have problems with them and they are great. But because it was 2 days in a row and it almost caused a wreck they get dinged 2 stars. And I am debating cancelling my unlimited plan too if something like this happens again. I just want to be safe and encourage their employees to give a bit more breathing room to cars just in case. I normally dont leave reviews but this is about my safety and theirs. TLDR the actual wash is great but they almost caused me to wreck my brand new car.

While not perfect, it gets the job done. Could do better with getting more water stains off vehicle when using the ultimate.

Easy in and out when not busy but can take a long time during busy times.
