I lost my license plate in the tunnel (my fault, bad screws) … a young man, Noah I think lt was, went into the tunnel and grabbed it! He came out screw driver in hand also to put it back on… I really appreciated that extra mile he went for me. Thanks again!

Car wash always has friendly staff, keeps equipment in good operating order, and moves cars through quickly even at peak times. I do highly recommend going before 8am.

Mikes/ Crew has always been my go to. I’ve done memberships since the beginning. It’s the best equipment with the least risk of damage.
Unfortunately, I’m a little annoyed to say the least because the service isn’t even service anymore. They don’t spray problem areas unless you request it and sometimes just let the muddy truck in front of you go on in and contaminate everything to scratch the next 10 cars. Now they won’t even spray floor mats? Bet they come up with a mat cleaner for $5 soon. Charge for vacuums. Then have increased prices multiple times? Am I paying 5 people for a wave too? Getting pretty Greedy

We have a pre-soak process that sprays your vehicle prior to entering the tunnel eliminating the need for our team members to spray each vehicle. However, our team will still spray if needed and/or if requested. We also have a same-day rewash policy where our team will gladly rewash your vehicle at no additional cost to you if you are not satisfied with your wash results. The car is not dried off very well anymore.

Scratched the entire lift gate of our mini van in multiple places. I’d avoid at all cost . To many other places to chose from .
