tonight we received a soggy cold fish sandwich and a brisket sanwich of 75% bread 25% cold meat of which was 75% brisket fat, a slight hint of bbq sauce, and cold. never again. last time food was very mediocre and today food ready for trash 1 hour before ordered

30 minutes from order to receiving food. They weren't even busy. This is ridiculous, especially with a hungry toddler in tow.
When trying to upgrade to a beef-n-cheddar, the person at the counter basically told me they couldn't do that. Eventually I got them to add cheese sauce, but they didn't do the other modifications to actually make it the correct sandwich (Onion bun, red ranch).
Most times I went up to the counter, there wasn't anyone there and the other staff didn't acknowledge that a customer was standing there. The only person who did anything helpful was the guy working the drive thru. He got me condiments and swapped out the curly fries for crinkle fries for the aforementioned toddler's kids meal (which we told the cashier when we ordered) but wasn't put in correctly.
The 2 other groups ahead of me for dine in also had similar issues with long waits and incorrect orders.

It sounds like we really dropped the ball with your order on your last visit. In-store, mobile order, or drive-thru, you should always be able to depend on us.

I haven't ate at Arby's in a long time I tried that French dip swiss ...the meat tasted flavorless like it was out of a package from aldis ...there was 80% bread 20% meat ...never again .

rude customer service. Based on the customer service, I had a suspicion that my sandwich was incorrect as well. Upon paying over three dollars for an upgraded sandwich to be a half pound I was shorted over an OZ of meat, and the meat was weighed with the sauce and cheese! So who knows the true number of what I was shorted… I asked to upgrade my bun to a kings Hawaiian bun, that I do at every Arby’s location if it’s available for one dollar. I get told rudely well we just don’t have a kings Hawaiian button to ring it up..this has nothing to do with the bun situation. I understand different store different policy whatever. but…. Bad service, bad atmosphere.. all around if i could give zero stars i would.

Food wasn’t good, over priced, & service wasn’t good.
We dined in for lunch and left our food waiting at the counter without bringing it to us or announcing our name.

Ordered online and it was marked as “ready”. I went inside to get it and it wasn’t at the pickup spot and was ignored for 10 minutes even after making eye contact with the guy so I went into the drive through and waited another 15 minutes and when I got to the window they didn’t even know I was a mobile order after telling them I was and didn’t know where my food was and had to remake it

I love the food. My problem with this particular location is they run out of things a lot! I've been there more than once and they didn't have roast beef. My other issue is the increasing cost and decreasing portions. I normally stick to the sliders now because everything is so overpriced that I can't justify ordering anything else. So, will I go there? Yes, I like the food. Do I go as often as I would if it were more cost effective? No, not even close.

I n ordered my food and got home to find out it was wrong and have spent about 45 minutes trying to call and either get a busy signal or they pick up the phone and hang up
