Extremely recommended this property because flexible check in & check out. Care taker Mr Ravi is very helpful and nice person who will help you every-time. Thanks to cleaning person also who is available at property all the time. Overall Good and comfortable stay with decent price. Just for info is far away from Baga-Calangute area to reach 25 minutes.

Best place to stay .. njoy alot !! Location was super prime .. Highway touch and easy to explore major places in Goa like Baga beach .. Panjim etc.. care taker Mr. Dhanbir & Mr. Ravi absolutely did their job well.. So attentive .. helpful ... Will definitely recommend others. If you want a pleasant stay in your wonderful Goa trip this is it ..

It was too good to be true kinda experience. The host accepted our early check-in request and then later during checkout time also he was flexible. We were provided with adequate amenities and resources as promised. The care taker and host was always on his toes to provide extended help like rental car and bikes.The location is a bit difficult to search through as it is downhill other than that it was a peaceful stay

Everything at the property seemed good. Getting some clear instructions on how to reach the property would be good as you can't see the property from the road. Also, the timings of the swimming pool didn't work out for us. We would've liked to use it at night. Apart from these minor things, everything else was very well handled by the host. Definitely a good place to stay.

The place was undoubtedly a fair deal. The amenities and services were all upto the mark. Sudarshan, the manager, Shobhit, the cook and Tanweer (hope, I'm not pronouncing it wrong), the house help were all very warm- hearted and welcoming. The stay was indeed smooth and flexible check-in was provided based on the availability.
There was only one concern for me personally. The place is right on the highway which makes it easy to find but it's quite far from the places/beaches to explore in North Goa. Almost 25-30 mins travel to every other place.
Overall, the experience was good with some good people around us.
