Maurice is an amazing locksmith and human being. He is a man of his word. After my father passed, Maurice showed up on time when we were locked out of my father’s house. He changed all the locks in a very short amount of time. Maurice showed us sympathy and compassion for our situation.

We had a very hot day, on which our 87 year old family member was locked out of her own home and could not find her spare in its usual hiding place, either. This fine gentleman came straight away, did an excellent job, made sure she had adequate extra copies of her keys to hide and distribute to family, and put her at ease. Very grateful to The Southern Locksmith!

Last Saturday morning, my front door knob would not let me open the door. Although I had watched several videos on how to get the door open, I was unsuccessful using common homeowner tools. I called The Southern Lock Doctor, Inc and Maurice Williams showed up quickly like he said he would. He was neat, clean, friendly, and professional in every way. Using professional locksmith tools and technique, he had my front door open and the door knob repaired in a matter of minutes. I will definitely use Maurice for any further locksmith needs as well as recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I called The Southern Lock doctor to see if they could program my Key Fobs. Ask a few questions, He said he could help. He would drive to my residence or we could meet somewhere. I agreed to meet with in a few hours. Maurice Williams, The owner had arrived before us to our agreed upon destination. He was polite and did a great job. He programmed 2 Key fobs and cut two keys for me. Reasonably priced too. Keys and Fobs worked the first time. I will definitely call him again. Give him your business you wont be disappointed. His location is around Mineral, Louisa Virginia. You need a locksmith or Key fobs programmed he's your guy.

I can not speak more highly of the customer service I received from Mr. Williams. I had lost my car key/fob and did not have a replacement. This meant I could not drive to get to work. Mr. Williams sought out, found and had arranged shipment of the needed piece that would work for my car and even facilitated (at my request via text at 9pm ) it being FedX instead of UPS. He received the needed part the next day at 3pm drove over a hour on a Friday during rush hour during one of the coldest days to complete the job and was just so kind and helpful and the price was much more reasonable the dealership
I highly recommend this company for your key needs!
