The service was great. My prescription seems to be correct. My right eye sees perfectly. My left eye, because of the beginning of a cataract, is like a double overlapping vision. One of them seems clear, covered by a blurry version. I see the same thing with glasses off, so don't think it's the prescription. Doubt there's anything that can be done.

I needed to write a review to call out the professionalism, courtesy and friendly support provided Dan Jacob at the Webster Square location. I have been going to see Dan for a number of years now, and the consistency in service is comforting and assuring. Yesterday I stopped in because the arm on my wife's glasses were broken. He quickly fixed the glasses with a great attitude and I was on my way. I will definitely stay committed to Dan and W&P.

This was my first experience with Whelpley & Paul. I felt very comfortable and important. The eye exam was great. Picking out my new frames is always difficult for me, but the staff were very supportive and helpful in my picking the right frames. My glasses came in a timely manner and the fitting was great!

Pretty terrible customer service. I arrived early to pick out my glasses before my exam so that I could try to speed through the process before my job started. The office is scheduled to open at 8:30, my appointment was 8:40. The office manager didn't show up until almost 8:45 to open the place. I had to go to work but my husband stayed and finished his appointment and said it took forever. Luckily, there are plenty of other eyecare places around.
